  • Can't stand marmite.......yuk. :rotfl:

Another lb off this morning. Wahoo.
  • Lol, yes you he to be someone who likes it!

I did well yesterday, had a high pointed tea planned, so used as little as possible throughout the day to help. Then blew all my weeklies on cider and ice cream! Oh well. Weight in tomorrow, have def dropped some weight in the past four days, perhaps not as much as I wanted, but baby steps.

  • Well 4lb dropped since Thursday morning! Pleased with that, and while clothing is still tight, the bloat seems to be disappearing so hopefully things will feel more comfortable soon.

  • Wow, encouraged by people on the community on the app I bought some skinny syrups. Point free maple syrup for my yoghurt  they came today and I can say the maple syrup is yum. I also bought cherry and choc orange. Will try them out over the weekend. I need to try the point free upside pineapple cake too.

Found a website called the point free kitchen and made some peach turnovers using Ww tortillas, for two points each, they were lush, the boy liked them too. Will definitely make them again.

Also found a recipe for 'fluff' which appears to be a point free version of my grandma's 'jelly creams' which I used to adore as a kid and haven't had for years, so my sweet tooth will be well and truly satisfied :rotfl:

  • Hello everyone.....

DAL. you are doing well, experimenting with your cooking and trying new things. Thanks for the website recommendations and receipe ideas. I have tried some of these skinny syrups. I agree they are lush. I got mine from TX Maxx.

Well I have stayed the same but that's ok for now.

I seem to be hovering around the 11 stone mark but tbh I have not been counting points and my meals have been a bit haphazard. I am up to my neck in decorating, the garden and diy so meal planning has taken a bit of a back seat. But at least I haven't regained so I'm happy enough. I don't mind coasting for a bit.

I have a small supply of home made ready meals for quickness whilst I am in such chaos and so busy. Tonight's is sausage meatballs. Just going to low point cooked breakfast and then get cracking with some painting.

Hopefully just fruit for a quick easy lunch and snacks whilst working. Must try and avoid the biscuit tin. :rotfl:
  • Candy.....not long now. I bet you are dead excited. If you are good then you could lose anything between half a stone to a stone before you go. Just stick with it hun. It will be worth it.

Just think about great you will look in all your cute outfits. :rotfl:
