dandy-candy, I luvvv chips! I don't think I could give them up for ever. I still have small portions of oven chips sometimes.
I really overdid the snacking at the weekend, so today is a new start for me. I have a doctors appointment later to see if there is any help for my back which is getting worse and worse. I can't even go for a walk now. Fingers crossed.

1/2 lb loss this week for me.
I’m surprised I managed that as the last few days I’ve felt constantly hungry and had to have lots of snacks.
Still it’s a new week and today is going well so far. This week I’m going to get back into logging my food and increase my excercise levels slightly.
Today’s menu is
Greek yoghurt raspberries and chia seeds
Roast chicken, Savoy cabbage, sprouts and gravy
Greek salad without the olives
Square of dark chocolate
Excercise will be walking and swimmingOld Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Everyone is doing so well and supporting each other, it's great we have this thread.
I've decided Sundays will be my weigh in day as it's my least 'hectic' day.
Today's meals (not sure if we have to list them), being mindful about hitting my 1150 calorie target is a variation on my normal one:
B - 4 strawberries, no fat yoghurt and skimmed milk blitzed.
S - banana and half a cup of grapes.
L - half a boiled egg on one slice of crusty wholemeal bread with butter (my dog wanted the other half!)
D - homemade coconut chicken curry with veg and rice.
S - unsure yet as my pineapple isn't ready to eat.
So far only two doggy walks at 10 minutes each, will see if she wants a longer one later or if she's having a lazy Monday.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
3lb loss for me. Surprised as I've had a couple of binge eating episodes. I've given myself the rest of the month off (I do a lot of voluntary work) to catch up on jobs at home and to work through my binge eating book.
Good to see people doing so well already in week one.#77 Make 2019 in 2019 £164.04 / £2019

Good evening all,
I've had a lovely day out with a friend. we did some walking and had a healthy lunch. I'm also pleased to report a 4.5 lbs loss this week. Sorry this is such a short post, I didn't sleep very well last night and I've had a busy day so I'm shattered.
Take care all of you0 -

Good morning all you lovely people :hello:
I haven't weighed in this week as I have been a bad dumpling. It's my 50th birthday on Thursday but I have been celebrating already and have eaten whatever I fancied (chocolate) and I am having an open house for my actual birthday where all my friends and family can pop in and have some cake and a cuppa. Therefore there will be lots of cake and nice nibbles flying around for the next few days. Excuses, excuses I know but I pinkie swear I will get my dieting head on for next week.
Well done all you lovely losers as well, what great losses I have read about. Hope it carries on and we smash last quarter's challenge total.
Cranky, I have still been cooking with the new PON book and can report that the garlic chicken was amazingly delicious, the BBQ chicken was very tasty too but the salmon and broccoli quiche was bland and quite grim. Have you made any of the recipes yet?
Hope you all have a fantastic day, take care xx0 -
Sad to report that I gained another 0.5 KG  Today is the last day where I take my meds so hopefully it will be better next week ... aka no more intense bloating :beer:weight loss journey: 3 KG / 8 KG
