Now, as then, it's not about the colour of the paper on the walls.
It's about number of bits of paper with a picture of the Queen on them that you want for the place.
No matter how many times you ask the same question, or the time you leave it between asking the same question again is going to change that.0 -
I really like the interior personally, but the garden definitely needs sorting out, paint the shed and fences, not a crazy colour but something tasteful and mow the lawn etc that whole area just looks a bit unloved and forgotten and not on the same scale of being looked after as the interior.0

Where does the gate in the back garden lead to?0

The gate in the garden is just a dead end for us and next door to bring our bins round into the garden0

I think your home is lovely to start off with

In my personal opinion, what would put me off is the dining room wallpaper, especially when viewed with the kitchen on the second picture. It makes the room look a lot smaller than what it perhaps is and with the kitchen also being fairly dark there it doesn't do you many favours.
The mirror running above the bath I would perhaps consider taking down as for me it feels as though its making the room smaller. The back garden could be spruced up a little but to be honest how it looks now doesn't put me off at all. I prefer plain as its easier to then put your own spin on things

The allocated parking is to the side will chat to the estate agent get them to get a picture of it
How can a mid terraced property have parking to the side? It is joined on at both sides.
It would make me assume that this is a mistake in the details and in fact there is no parking.0 -
We are attached to the entry to flats on one side, you drive under the flats and there is allocated parking for us there0

OK so the parking strictly speaking isn't to the side of the house it is another part of the development.
The two houses that sold recently. Did they have their parking there and were they the same size of house as yours.
The reason I ask this is because in some areas of the country houses that have allocated parking in front of the house or which have a driveway down the side tend to sell for more than houses that have parking that is at the back of the house or in another part of the development. It is to do with unloading shopping and small children from a car that is not close to the entry door of the house.
If your asking price is close to a house that has parking either outside or its own drive you will not get anyone to pay it. They will go for a house with better parking everytime so your asking price needs to reflect the inconvenient parking situation.0 -
one has parking where ours is and one has a bay near the front of the house. Going to have a chat with the estate agent there been some helpful feedback here thanks
