Feedback on my home please

Hi
I am hoping for some feedback on my home please. It has been on the market since September, two houses identical to ours sold days after ours was listed. We have had 4 viewings and no feedback. I am so ready to move and would like to try and figure out why no one wants to buy my home.
I am a new user so not allowed to post a link this is my home
Thankyou

not everyone will share your taste in wallpaper

your back garden needs some love poured into it

as does the front - could you do some larger pots in what looks like where you have a motorbike parking spot.

    Wallpaper is atrocious.

Garden is bland in my opinion and could do with a spruce up.

Way too much going on in the Bathroom peel it back a bit, and the Mirror above the bath isn't a good move in my opinion.

Good luck in selling! It's charming for sure but the decor leaves a bit to be desired.

Were the sold houses identical to yours and priced the same?

I’d remove photo 6, its make the kitchen look tiny and very dark! The other existing photos of the kitchen/diner are more flattering.

Personally the decor wouldn’t be a problem for me, it’s fairly easy to see past that.

Location. I've looked a couple of times at St Helens and never been able to feel confident in the area sorry.

The other two houses were the same they were £115,000. I’m not sure what looks like the motorbike parking spot. I have a small strip of gravel runs along the front if the house no front garden just the path. Some of the neighbours have a little grass and some of us don’t as we have a little less land at the front

Then there wasn`t enough demand for a third sale in that case, and market sentiment has moved to much more negative since last September when people were believing nonsense like Brexit would be "Cancelled" etc. You will have to drop the price on this one IMO.

Checked Rightmove and Zoopla can't see any houses sold on Waymark since 2017. Did you say 2 others have sold recently? Are the sales completed yet?

Your wallpaper is probably a bit unique for most peoples tastes, but your house is nice and there's nothing obvious that needs doing straight away, which buyers like. could you re decorate a few of the more vibrant walls with a light colour paint? shouldn't cost too much and will make it more appealing to a wider range of people.

if you're not in a desperate rush to sell, I'd wait until this brexit mess is sorted (assuming it's not going to drag on another two years!) before dropping the price, as the market is quiet at the moment due to the uncertainty.

Yes the other two sold before Christmas they must be close to completion as they are both beginning to clear out their house, I think one may have moved but not to sure
