Ah right maybe the sales haven't completed yet. There's a possibility they sold for less than 115 which might explain the issue.
You will get lots of really helpful comments on here regarding decor etc. which may help things but ultimately if it's been on the market for that long it probably needs a price drop. Given how long it's been listed too, I would consider killing the current listing, dropping the current estate agent, and relisting with a new estate agent for a lower price. This should get you a fresh listing on the portals which may generate more interest from people who have property alerts set up. Dropping the price will also get you a fresh listing.
IMO there's nothing worse than a stale listing as it indicates that the house is overpriced or there's some issue.
I used to own a house in Sutton Manor incidentally. Hit and miss area to sell in and the houses don't increase in value very much over time. You might get lucky with the right buyer and enough time, but ultimately dropping the price should speed things along.0 -
Sorry when I said fresh listing for dropping the price I mean a fresh email alert.0

North facing garden kills it for me. Were the others on the other side of the street?0

No funnily enough they were both on this side of the street0

if you're not in a desperate rush to sell, I'd wait until this brexit mess is sorted (assuming it's not going to drag on another two years!) before dropping the price, as the market is quiet at the moment due to the uncertainty.
The "Brexit Mess" is ongoing, there will be more mess in the EZ after the May election, then assuming we have gone WTO by that point negotiations on trade will have to start in earnest, I don`t want to think about the mess there will be if they did something stupid like withdraw article 50 at this stage. Brexit is only one small factor affecting house prices now, people just have to accept that the property market isn`t going back to the "boom" years, that is a historical moment now.0 -

I normally think decor can be overlooked but I do think if someone doesn't share the same taste and is looking at somewhere where every room will need redecorating/wallpaper removing for their taste then it isn't going to help.
It mentions allocated parking, I'd rather see one photo of that area, rather than some of the room photos which are duplicated, I'd go with the best photo of each room.
Also, a small thing, but if they could put the photos in order so you aren't jumping from one room to the outside of the house to another room, then back to the first room, it feels a bit disjointed.0 -
