Gladstone sent an independent solicitor to represent them. They are all scams, blood sucking demons

Gladstone sent me an email requesting for my bank details so they can pay my cost, this details was requested on Wednesday, and I replied them straight away. Up till this very moment gladstone hasn't paid me any money. I emailed the lady that requested my detailed via email, saying they should inform me as soon as they make a payment. But up till now there has been no reply or responses from Gladstone. Is this normal?

I say a very Big thank you to all of you on this forum, you guys have been brilliant. I am now in a better position to advice people now on this forum.
And just to add, I was asked to remove consumer right act from my witness statement on this forum, but I didn't and this really helped me on my case, because the £100 charge for not displaying a parking permit was not fair according to the consumer right act. So it's very much needed. I will say this to everyone...please always put it on your witness statement. The judge would use it.

Could it be that no-one feels able to answer your question?

I certainly have no idea whether that is normal behaviour from Gladstones, but didn't see the point in writing that.
