Depends what the alleged contravention was - not displaying a permit?
on this said date my vehicle was parked on a residential car park meant for residents only as the driver of my vehicle was a legit visitor, who had gone to nurse his client who was living at this block of flat at the time, so he always park on their car park, the driver finished work to find a parking ticket on my vehicle windscreen issued by Link Parking Ltd.
How come no PCN was ever issued before, was this a new regime/new signs?

I don't know why a PCN was never issue n4, I think the PPC don't come every time, bcos the car was still parked in the same premises the following day, and no PCN was issued.
And yes for not displaying a parking permit was the convention.

Make sure you include in your WS:

    - the fact that no NTK was received and the first time you saw it was in the SAR this Spring.

    - the fact that the driver has parked here before to visit the patient and never received a PCN and knew nothing about any alleged contract.

    - photos of corners and bays with NO signs in the image at all, or a sign covered by foliage always looks good as it's hard for them to argue.

    - the fact (if true) that you were not the driver. If you were I would admit it as part of the strength of your case is that this was a health professional who had gone to nurse his patient, and was fully authorised - if there is no exemption for doctors and nurses visiting patients in the flats then the contract terms are inherently unfair and incapable of binding that driver, who is certainly not an unauthorised visitor.

    - as well as a copy of Pace v Noor, you want Link v Parkinson to bring it closer to the signs in your case (being Link!).

Eminowa, as you might've expected by now, there are examples of Witness Statements linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

See if you can find this bold heading in that post:
WITNESS STATEMENT EXAMPLES - AN EASY STAGE - YOUR 'STORY' AND EVIDENCE

That thread also tells you where to look for those court cases you are struggling to find.

I know i should start a new thread, but i just want to share it here first..

Bw legal also sent me a letter saying I hold them money too from another PPC managing another car park in 2015, an unpaid PCN for not displaying a parking permit.

This isn't personal, so don't take it that you've been targeted.

Both scumbag firms are sending out old batches re 2015 PCNs like there's no tomorrow at the moment and lots of people are getting more than one this year.

All you can do is organise your files well so you deal with each and every one in time.

What a complete waste of your time, and what a distressing load of paperwork to bombard you with! Such a worry for you. Complain to your MP about what is happening so they support the strictest rules in the new Parking Code of Practice next year when they are likely to be thrashed out to try to reign in the worst offender scammers.

Thanks for your response coupon-mad, I will do just that and open a new thread with each one of them.

As for my current issue. I have received my DQ from the county court today. I have filled it and I sent it back by email to the county court today.
This is the email I used, pls confirm it was the right thing to do ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk.

As for the claimant Gladstone and his client, I haven't sent my DQ to them yet, as I don't know Gladstone e-mail address to send it to. Do I still send one to the PPC themselves too?

Just Gladstones. If you can't find an email address, use the address for documents listed on your Claim Form.
