Win win win and some more win....I just won my case against link parking today. The judge was very nice and understanding. She awarded me £95 for lost of earning, she would have offered me my full counter claim, but she said the small claims court doesn't permit that. So she ordered link parking to pay me £95 for loss of earning and she dismissed the case....Win win win.
I say a very Big thank you to all of you on this forum, you guys have been brilliant. I am now in a better position to advice people now on this forum.
And just to add, I was asked to remove consumer right act from my witness statement on this forum, but I didn't and this really helped me on my case, because the £100 charge for not displaying a parking permit was not fair according to the consumer right act. So it's very much needed. I will say this to everyone...please always put it on your witness statement. The judge would use it.0 -

Are you saying your counter-claim was rejected? Can to expand on this please?
Dis you mention "abuse of process".You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I am talking about my cost, she said the small claims doesn't allow more than £100. So she awarded me £95.0
