Best of luck IQ=0, but there must be a solution, there always is. It's just a case of someone coming up with an answer, although I still think a "missed departure" may be viable depending on the wording of your insurance.
I know what's it's like to have "relationship troubles" and in fact I had a terrible one quite recently when the b@$t@rd came back :D

    Lynsey,

As I have stated, what you are suggesting is fraud. Had you suggested it once, I would have thought that you were joking, but you kept on suggesting it!

If you want to maintain any credibility, I would take some time to think about what you have suggested in the previous posts. To put them into perspective, what would your advice be if the OP was asking for advice regarding a pending prosecution for fraud? Would you like to take responsibility for him getting a criminal record, or worse, having to serve a custodial sentence?

MSE is about moneysaving, not breaking the law.

The OP will decide what to do, that's his option. But I still think a "loophole" is viable, it must have happened dozens and dozens of times, correct
I as a MSE member have tried to offer options to another MSE member, it might not have been the right options, but they were options and hopefully someone could offer a better option and help the OP out IF possible (by pm, as not to upset others ;) ).
What's annoying is when others whom have obviously done something wrong in their past starts getting hypocritical, we have ALL done wrong somewhere, or am I wrong again

I as a MSE member have tried to offer options to another MSE member, it might not have been the right options, but they were options and hopefully someone could offer a better option and help the OP out IF possible (by pm, as not to upset others ;) ). People have offered other, legal options.

I really do think that you would be better to walk away from this, you are making yourself look quite silly now.

I think alcohol is involved.....seriously. No one could be stupid as to completely miss the point time and time again.

There is no loophole, only lies(and therefore fraud).

If we didn't post on this thread, someone could go away thinking that the forum openly condones Insurance Fraud.

    We don't.

You keeping going on about a 'loophole', so where is it? Have you sent a PM to the OP?

Of course not. You are only suggesting fraud and attempting to label it as a "loophole".

Since many of us have benefited from using this website, don't be surprised when some jumps to it's defence.

You've already succeeded in making yourself look stupid. How far do you want to go with this?

If you want to commit a criminal offence, don't post it on the forum.
    You're no genius, are you?

So what loophole have you found Lynsey?

If you have a genuine legal idea, I am sure users would be happy to hear it?

I'm asking for a "loophole" for the OP, not suggesting I have a one.
If there is a one, legal of course to suit some, if not all, then great, it will help out a fellow MSE member. If not then he will lose a few quid, it's not the "end of the world".
