NECTAR treats - I am appalled

  • To be honest I have many illnesses but the fact remains whether you are unwell or not, they did ask us to choose 2 treats, morally they should uphold it. I get annoyed when offers end etc as too many people subscribed, what do they expect?

    hi

ive had exactly the same problem with this. i want a round of golf and they have never got any left and try to give u something completely different. Also with regard to contacting sainsburys - i simply wudnt bother. all sainsburys will say is that it is a nectar promotion and its not run by them. I'd either complain direct to nectar or the loyalty firm mentioned who own them and run the programm.

  • I've never even received a new card or anything, didn't know anything about this!!!
May - Sex and the City tickets. June - £5 spar voucher, July - Sally Hansen nail shine & miracle set, mccains garden games, August - ERB Spa goody bag worth over £100
  • I only received my new card last week, logged on, chose my pampering treats, and promptly got an email back saying I could have a day out.
Emailed straight back to say I was in no rush, I could wait until later on to have the pampering day I had requested.
    Not had a reply yet.
  • Can't remember what I applied for but I got a voucher for an Indian Head Massage...I binned it!

I have had the same experience as Alison & scooby - Immediately I got my card I went to register for my treat on line. I asked for a pamper day - several months later I recieved an email saying there had been a problem with hotmail hence the delay but assuring me that "Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the free treats offer there are some instances where we have not been able to give customers their preferred treat. This is not a result of the Hotmail problems as treats are allocated when the request was originally received. We've done our best to find you an alternative free treat that we hope you enjoy." - I was given a day out voucher! - not impressive!

I got the same also, you put three options and then they give you something totally different and useless!

That's just plain heartless cruelty! What was the 2nd prize - 2 days out in Nottingham? :D:D

I had a very similar experience, my hubby booked an activity- 2 choices of quite low activity days and was sent a zorbing experience! I called them up and explained that my hubby is recovering from spinal surgery hence why he chose low activity days and asked if they could swap it for 1 of his choices, I was told no prob and they would e-mail me the new voucher needless to say I heard nothing at all. I think they were just not prepared for the amount of requests they would have.
