You mean the keeper received the postal notice , because parking eye obtained Keeper details from the DVLA, who do not keep driver details anyway

The driver should remain stum and say and do nothing

You really need to get a grip on this language

The driver drove on the day

The keeper receives the postal notices

    The keeper appeals as keeper

    No "Me , My , Myself & I"

These are Parking Charge Notices , not penalties

The driver had first notice in the first week of last month.
Done the appeal using the suggested template. Thank you
Will let you know the outcome of the appeal.

It is very rare for Parking Lie to issue a NTD, so I doubt very much that The Driver has ever received anything unless someone has been daft enough to tell the scammers who was driving.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

    What's going on here?

The thread title says APCOA. It appears the PCN at BHX was cancelled.

Another red-route APCOA ticket was discussed and referred to Pepipoo.

And now we are dealing with a ParkingEye issue.

    Most confusing.

It's not confusing and if you feel in this way then certainly I can step back and delete my posts. I thought this form was non-judgmental. Thank you for taking time to reply

A thread title about APCOA when the thread is about ParkingEye helps no-one.
No need to do that. I'll step away from this thread. Good luck.

I did not want to create another thread so I used the old one. If you advise to create another one then I can do that. I am here to seek some help. I will be grateful to you if you can help me or signpost me a right direction.

If you have a different PCN from a different PPC, about another car park, please do start a new thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
