I have done the appeal. I will update you when I get the response Thank you very much for guiding me and providing me with information.0

The penalty charge has been cancelled. Thank you for your support 0

Are APCOA really that easy to beat? Just how inept are they? My son in laws parents received an invoice from them yesterday claiming they had visited Lakeside in Doncaster last weekend (bare with me, I'm not hijacking the thread) and stayed overnight. It came with two date stamped photographs, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd March.
Both photographs are of their car LEAVING the car park via the same exit!
You couldn't make it up:rotfl:0 -
I just followed the advise given by Redx and the penalty ticket got cancelled.0

Excellent result. Redx certainly knows his stuff. He's saved you £100 with his advice.
He'll send you his £300 invoice in the post in the next few days - just drop him your address! :rotfl:
Joking .... monkey off your back.
Well done you, well done Redx. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

guohong, please delete your post from this thread.
Of course you can always post in on your own existing thread.
Alternatively, you could read the answer to this question in post #1 of the NEWBIES thread:Q - ''My PCN says the 'fine' will go up after 14 days, so why are you suggesting I wait before appealing?''0 -
Hi,
I have just received another penalty ticket for parking on the pavement in red root area (West Midlands). It was parked on the pavement not actually on the red lines. Any support will be appreciate. Thank you0 -
Different company
Read the EMA threads and follow the advice if it was EMA
As with most airports , it's appeal once , then ignore anything except an LoC or a court claim
VCS will be harder to beat than apcoa. Plus there is no popla option
If it's council , take your case to pepipoo fightback forums0 -
It is from council but APCOA issued the ticket0
-
If it's council , try pepipoo fightback forums , using a non Hotmail address
As it's a red route , I am surprised and amazed that anyone would park a vehicle there0
