I never said it was parked on the road and you already stated it wasnt

Do you think that the red lines indicate that no parking and no stopping stops at the kerb and the pavement isn't covered by the no stopping indicators ?? (Or that it only applies to the road surface ?)

Since when has parking on a pavement become acceptable ?
  • Thank you for you advise. Hope its all get sorted.

Pepipoo will tell you the score , warts and all

My thoughts are that everyone ticketed is bang to rights due to being parked on the pavement on a red route

But they may get off on a technicality , like Beckham does

As suggested above, you need to ask that and other questions on Pepipoo.com.

    Hi Guys,
The driver had penalty notice from Parking eye for parking at hotel. The driver did register the car at their reception, however the hotel staff could not find the car details so now they are asking to pay £100. The driver had two notices from them and asking to pay £100. Can the driver still appeal using the same APCOA template?
Please signpost the driver in a right direction. thank you

Parking Eye do not issue penalty notices , they issue Parking Charge Notices

Appeal as keeper using the blue text template from the Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , nothing has changed on that score

Ideally , get the landowner to cancel it , that is always the first task , appeal to the PPC is task number 2 , with Popla appeal as task number 3

    It is not a penalty.

Surely you know by now not to say who did what where a PCN is concerned? Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper.

There is no such thing as a CRAPCOA template.

Re-read the sticky thread for NEWBIES.
Complain to the hotel manager or UK CEO and ask for the charge(s) to be cancelled. Include your hotel receipt as proof of patronage. Hotels should not be penalising genuine guests.

Send the blue text template for each PCN if this is not cancelled by day 26.

Complaint to your MP about this unregulated scam.

In future, either avoid hotels where scammers operate or take a picture of the VRM entry on the hotel tablet/sign-in sheet like I do.
