AllCingEye ... very well done
VCS must be well known in the courts for their rubbish
They were spanked when they used BWLegal and now all by themselves they are getting spanked again0 -
Thanks. It's good to know people are getting reassurance from what I've been through and yes, spanking was the right phrase0

The judgment in the order is a very brief who won.
The actual judgment, where the reasons for the decision are given, is what you are after, it will be recorded and can be produced as a transcript. However, you have to apply for it and pay for it to be transcribed. If it wasn't long it won't be a huge outlay.
You have to request the tape and do this by filling in a form EX107.
Once the transcriber has typed it, it has to go to the judge for checking, so it can take a few weeks (although I note all the literature claims 12 days).
here's a link explaining how to do it:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/807467/ex107-gn-eng.pdf
It's easier to choose the transcriber first and let them submit the EX107 - the 6 approved transcribing companies are listed in the leaflet.
And here is the form itself

Thanks so much for this. The hearing was about 15 minutes and the summary/judgement about the same0

I am genuinely interested as to be able to read back what the judge said and the tone he took with VCS would be a nice reward for this having dragged on almost 12 months0
