VCS and NOT a PCN

I will be taking all using these articles from the local press, the comments on each and further information in my witness statements as not one person I have spoken to about my situation thinks the PPC has acted correctly or even remotely fairly in this (or most of the other) cases. Mine might be slightly different however as there is evidence of the driver of the vehicle in my case actually being a customer of Bounce despite the PPCs claim to the contrary :wall:

Yeah there are a few differences within our cases but I don't believe either of us should have been issued a ticket, customer to Bounce Rev or not. Bounce had already shut down when I got mine. I wish you the best of luck

AllCingEye have you noticed the defence worked on jonesthebones thread tonight?

If you haven't submitted your defence yet, copy some of that one. I decided to go to town on it a bit...

If you have, then use some of it for your WS.

Both of you will need to use the newspaper articles in your WS/evidence along with pictures of the misleading signs/lines.

I have just read through your defence offered up on the other thread and while the date for submitting my defence has gone (everything has been submitted on time thus far) I will be taking a great deal of note of what you've written and using it along with the articles from the press in my witness statement. VCS have been advised there is another person giving a statement to the court as well on the DQ so let's see how they fancy their chances now...

Thanks so much for your thoughts. Hopefully I can use evidence from the other side to put thoughts in the Judge's mind that on balance of probabilities the driver of the car acted in good faith and with everything else I've looked at on these forums - including abuse of process- I can at least get a sympathetic outcome

Appearing in court was on my mind a lot during the final stages, having experienced it you'll be fine it's not bad at all.

It will all be over soon and you'd have stood up to the scammers so good on you!
