    Morning

Been awol, been off plan, didn't go to weigh in this week.

Now the confessions are over, I've given myself a stern talking to and I'm back on it.

I don't want to be. What I want is to eat all the things, especially the beige, crunchy , takeaway things.

    Food for today:

B: satsumas and yog (1 syn)
L: ham & mushroom 'pizza' with a ww wrap (HEB) salad?, sw chips? - not sure how hungry I'll be
T: sw chicken tikka masala (made by my DD2), rice and salad.

HEA's used for milk in hot drinks and cheese on my pizza.
  • Hi. Happy to report a 2lb loss so pleased with myself as I'm now back in range. Yipeeee!
I'm off to Scotland for the next week and have booked 2 weeks holiday so that I can minimise the damage when I get back.
Thanks for the chart, the encouragement and menus which I often pinch. I'll be back after Easter xx

Well done Tete that's a great loss.

Frankie No need for confessions although if it makes you feel better then no problem!

Well done for getting back on the wagon. Try to post regularly as it'll probably help keep you on track.

    Today's plan:

B - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, peppers (needed 2 eggs as they were given to me by my friend as she's going on holiday today and they are much smaller than my normal extra large ones!)
    L - ham salad sandwich
D - Chana Masala from the freezer and brown rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - spread 2; weekend wine:D

    Hello all :A
So glad hubby is home Sue, life goes on hold with hospital visits! I’m with hubby on NCIS (Gibbs swoon) but football Nah! Wrong shaped ball :D
Been a bit of an odd week food wise, cold has effected my appetite for once! Although not stopped me eating truffles and jam on toast (not together ;)) also have ended up doing that Dr Mosely (?) thing where you leave 14-16 hours between meals. Wasn’t intentional though :rotfl: Chronic fatigue :o
Anyway resulted in 1lb loss :)

Going on long walk with son so he can Pokemon :cool:if it stops raining/hailing long enough!
Have a good weekend all :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Such a good idea and very enterprising of them! :D

So glad your OH is home Sue, booooo to the golf though!

I've been positively :A all week and reporting a 3lb loss please Chris - hurrah! Been full of cold the last couple of days but feeling a bit better now so going to see how I get on at parkrun.

    Plan for today:
    B - Porridge with cinnamon
D - Sausages (3x M&S Cumberland chipolatas, 0.5 each), mushrooms, scrambled egg, tomatoes.
T - Meat free meatballs in cherry tomato sauce I made from last year's glut, with added mushrooms and spaghetti.
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Oats
Syns - Sugar in coffee and porridge (5), sausages (1.5), maybe some cheese which won't 'fit' in my HEA because of all the milk I'm having (3) = 9.5

    Happy weekend everybody!
    :T:T:T:T well done tete
