Hey All, Well done to all the losers, stay the samers and gainers, stick at it.

Been a little off this week, not that I'm off plan but finding hard to motivate myself into cooking, been picking at fruit and using the SW fridge I have here for back up quick dinners quite a lot this week, more than normal.

Mrs TTD went out with her friends last night, I think after the first Gin she forgot she was on SW, I had a phone call at 1:30am in the morning by her friend that said she is "taking a good look down the toilet, calling Ralf, and telling me she loves me" eeeewww, when I got to her outside the pub, she was being carried out the pub like an injured rugby player being taken off the pitch, yip! a person under each arm, and acting as though the floor had imaginary potholes that had to be dodged. It was 3:30am this morning when I finally hit the pillow, after having to wait for my wife to stop calling Ralf in the toilet, undress, and re dress in PJ's, get a sick bowl, get her onto the sofa whilst listening to the incoherent ramblings of a drunken Welsh wife, had fun showing my wife the Dashcam footage of herself this morning though coming out the pub the painting called "The Scream" is the only facial reaction I could accurately describe her reaction to seeing herself trying to walk.

I had to wake at 10 then to take my children for a horse ride that was booked weeks ago. Safe to say I left my wife at home, I didn't want her scaring the horses with her make up looking like the joker just had a punch up with batman.

WI tomorrow, the amount of fluids lost by my wife last night i'd be surprised if put on, me I'm expecting a 1/2 to 1 1/2 gain for not properly eating.

Eek. Your wife will not be feeling too freah today.

Well done on your losses sue and tweets.:T
We'll be thinking of you tomorrow bubbs. Take care.:)

It's interesting about relationships with food Frankie. It's not something I'd ever thought about until I met people at SW struggling. I'd suggest you keep snacky things in that are SW friendly like cold meats and pickles. I know officially nothing is banned but sometimes banning yourself is the best way forward.:)

Glad you had a good night's sleep. Norwich are still top so your DH should be happy.

Have a good day all !

Don't forget the second HEA in the new plan which would allow you more milk if you needed it. I don't have it every day but it is useful.

I'm sticking fairly close to plan today but can't say for definite as I don't know what I'm having for dinner. I don't remember a menu to choose from so it may be a buffet but it's in a good hotel so would expect more than just beige food. I could ask DH (he made booking) but he'd only start worrying about it and I'm fairly resigned to going off plan over the next few days if needed.

I've had a SW breakfast (HEX porage) and made a sort of hash/homity pie for my lunch. I had bits of veg to use up (asparagus, broccoli, onion, leek, peas) so I stirred them all into mashed potato with plenty of seasoning and some thyme, fried then under the grill with some grated cheese on top and pickles on the side. It was delicious. :)

I went to OA a few times and they just abstain those trigger items that cause them to binge. I need to do the same, at least at the moment.

    Hope everything goes okay bubbs

I've cooked up a storm this weekend and stocked up the freezer.

Weigh in tomorrow night. It's going to be awful.

Maman, I hope you have a good time in Liverpool. My best friend lives there, so have visited often, and love it. Are you going into the city centre much? If so, there's a new area that's recently been converted called 'Baltic Market', which has a Peaky Blinders bar, and an indoor food court, with small kitchens around the perimeter that you can order your food from. There's also a gin bar if you like that too! There are also little antique/vintage stores (one place provides costumes for Trixie out of Call the Midwife), and a large area that has seperate 'cubicles' for different independent traders selling pre-owned/new stuff. Great for a browse.

TTD sounds like your wife had a good night out, but perhaps a little bit too good! Makes me grateful for being teetotal.

Bubbs good luck for tomorrow, and I hope you aren't in til too late. Great that you've planned your food around it though - I admire your discipline.

It seems quite a few of us have roast chicken planned for dinner, and I'm one of them. Partly because a stuffed seasoned chicken is only £3.85 from Aldi ;)

    meal plan today:
    B - porridge - with milk from HEA & sugar (2)
L - mixed salad with pickled onions and ham, dressing (1)
D - Roast chicken, sw roast potatoes, mixed veggies (carrots, peas, peppers, cabbage) gravy (2)
Afternoon snack - 0% greek yogurt with mango & strawberries

Feeling a tad sore today after moving that furniture yesterday, so have taken things a bit easier today.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

    Afternoon all.

Loss of 0.5 lb....... I don't normally count half a pound!

I've been frozen all week, have given in and eaten my birthday chocolate, finished off the chocolate wafers that have been bugging me all week.
So now they've gone I should be ok.

    Looking forward to better weather.

    Bubbs.

Good luck tomorrow with the op, try to relax and it may be easier.
At least you have loads of lovely food to come home to, you're so organised.

I'm making my own curry tonight and will leave the nan bread for OH.

Need to dice the beef joint for casserole in the week but don't want the mess tonight.
