    So what is happening?

I have had 3 appointments for different things this week:o
1st one Tues, gyne, have to have a big cyst removed but she was 99%confident its not the big c:T:T:T
2ndone today, my nose, i have polyps, need removed, this is the 3rd time i have had this done over the yrs and not nice:(
3rd one also today, my leg and foot

I have arthritis in my knee and in time will need a new one but hopefully not for a long while.
My foot is the same, its to do with the "padding" at the base of my toes which is thinning it which in turn causes the bones to crunch and rub as its like walking on your bones not the padding , the diabetes could have made it more prominent .
The answer for now is sensible padded shoes, the operation is not nice , breaking your foot and toes! 😱😱

    Thats as we know it!

    Both are regular for me.

Check out Amazon on a regular basis as you can pick up amazing bargains on Sketchers. As I now know my size and what works for me I have been really lucky.

Evening all. Sorry been MIA. Have been making the most of my days off work keeping busy. Yesterday hand son #1 and his wife round for dinner. Didn bangers & mash and swapped mine for sw friendlier Linda Macartney rosemary ones instead of the 95% meat ones they had that are about 9 syna per sausage!

I did partake of a little bit of caterpillar cake tho, but only ate half my portion.

Tonight I went to clubbercise for the first time. It was great fun and very aerobic so hoping to see that translate into better losses for me. Spent the entire day on my feet tidying, cleaning and sorting stuff in the house. Cleared out a wardrobe and tried in a lot of unworn clothes, and pleased to find 90% fits me again. Yay :j. That’s a big NSV :money:

    Meal plan today:
    B - banana
Lunch - porridge made with water, apples (1.5) sugar (1)
    Snack - nectarine & Alpen bar (6)
Dinner - sw chilli chicken with edamame, carrot spirals

Have booked in for next 3 weeks to the class again. Thoroughly enjoyed it, despite getting the moves all wrong half the time - just as well the lights are switched off! Feet feel ok too - In Fact felt worse after standing most of the day beforehand.

Am off away for the weekend to see a friend, so may be MIA again. Hoping food will be ok - I’ve not told her I’m doing SW again.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
