Pinch of Nom and Chubby Chubs are different websites. Both follow SW and post recipes. PON also show WW points.

I use PON quite a bit but not so keen on CC although look at it from time to time.

Think I saw the programme when it was on last time round. Wasn't impressed with it really.

Off to WI shortly. Will post later with how I did and menu plan.

Where is everyone this morning? Nobody has posted since I posted this morning!

I was bang on target this morning so just 1lb put on over the last 3 weeks - happy with that as I've not stuck to plan very much at all in that time.

    Today's plan:

    B - veggie omelette - mushrooms, onion & tomato
L - toasted cheese sandwich (HEA & HEB); followed by apple & clementine
D - sausages (2 syns); mash, onions & green beans

    HEA1 - milk in drinks
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread

Syns - sausages 2; probably have a glass or 2 of wine or maybe a G&T or 2, not sure which yet:D

I think Pinch of nom have had to go at their cook book from a calorie controlled point of view rather than sw due to copyright and licensing. They are sw friendly though. I’ve just ordered their cookbook with a gift card i won and should get it tomorrow as someone is collecting it from the store for me.

They have a Facebook group and website though with lots of recipes on so always worth a look if you need inspiration or ideas. On their website they do a shopping list feature which talks about new products that have just come out to try.

I’ve had aldi sweet potato burger for lunch today they are 1/2 a syn each and quite nice. More of a Bhaji than a burger though I thought . Had it with salad and a home made mint raita

Plus picking whilst cooking too ;)

Plus a veggie breakfast in Wetherspoons this morning - but I did have the eggs poached and not fried! :A

I need to lose as much weight as possible by Monday night.
Should I just not eat for three days?
I don't mind if most of it comes back afterwards ...

I bought the Pinch of Nom cookbook from Amazon. To be quite honest the recipes are just variations on lots of other recipes, including some from the SW website. I'll use a few of the recipes but will need to look up some Syns as they haven't included them like they do on the website. They seem to use a lot of low fat cheese spread for creaminess in the recipes!

Sleazy can't help with syns as can't really see what the picture is of, LOL! The Weatherspoon breakfasts are not low syn unfortunately!

Certainly don't starve yourself for 3 days! Probably the worst thing you can do. As you know SW is not about losing weight fast!

Don't know if anyone saw the 'Save Money, Lose Weight' programme. I watched it on catch up. It compares the success of various diets over 28 days and calculates the cost of each per pound lost. I think it's been on before.

One of last night's diets was Pinch of Nom. They called it a calorie controlled diet which confused me. I thought the Chubby Chubs did SW??

Another thing was it seemed very expensive although they didn't really explain where the money went.

    Did anyone else see it?:)
I saw it as Denise said they are 2 different things
