Morning
Popping in to report -1.5lbThis gives me my first stone - and half a stone away from Club 10. I'm at week 6 so that is just over a steady 2lb per week.
More importantly though, my mindset is adjusting to the fact that this is a 'for life' plan and I'm in for the (very) long haul. That's taken the panicky feeling of "I MUST lose x by y or I've failed" feeling away to a degree. I am enjoying the exercise and feeling fitter and my clothes are getting looser.
Will have a proper read later...off to a gym class shortly0 -
Morning all.
Weighing at home as still feeling rough, think it's the antibiotics rather than the infection now though.
-1lb please Chris my scales usually agree with SW so hopefully not too much adjustment next week.
A sad week ,been told I must apply for Attendance Allowance for DH and at the higher rate ,
I know it is justified as am now up at least twice a night helping him ,but it feels like another downward step .
The money will be useful though ,needing extra bedding etc and will be able to get more help in the garden
Will try and be more proactive and post more next week0 -

Sorry you've had a !!!! week TIE. Hope you have a great time at the cinema. Enjoy yourself and relax.
Not planning on doing much today! Have done one load of washing and now completely clear - but never seems to last very long before the washing bin fills up again.
Going to DD1s this afternoon, will have lunch at home and then come home for dinner. My DD doesn't "get" SW and thinks it's OK to just eat a huge white bread cheese sandwich for lunch - it's only once in a while! Always makes sense to eat before we go and come home in time for dinner.
Today's plan:
B - SW Fry up
L - Cheese on toast - with pickles for Speed!
D - Either HB beef & onions with mash (if home early enough) but more likely leek, potato & bacon bake with veg of some sort for Speed
HEA1 - cheese
HEA2 - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but who knows!

Evening all
Well done to all the losers:T:T
My year at target is the week after next i think andi am proud to say never been out of target range and only been in the higher bubble once ,I always been at my target or below

last week I was really disappointed as I gained half a pound and I had stuck to plan. i came home miserable and have had an average sort of week but I’ve lost 1.5 lbs. So thats 1st 1 lb total loss.
I start a 12 week countdown next week and that takes me right up to my holiday so I want to lose another stone before then.0
