That's a really good loss TTD . Well done! :T

It does worry me a bit that you've almost cut out syns. It will probably get you to target faster but you should have some treats, they're built into the plan and make it sustainable. Any reason you're not having them? :)

I agree Maman. As I often say SW has to work around you not the other way round. Definitely not sustainable for life not having treats of some sort.

Need to make some changes to my meal plan today as I've run out of eggs and had planned boiled eggs for breakfast! Will have to have a look in the cupboards to find something else! Back later once I've sorted out what we're going to eat today, LOL!

    Back again. Plan sorted!

B - porridge made with water, a little skinny syrup & strawberries (HEB)
L - egg salad - dressed with balsamic
D - lamb & veg tagine (from freezer) with couscous

    HEA - milk in drinks
    HEB - porridge
Syns - none planned (however that didn't work yesterday I ended up on 6 Syns as fancied some chocolate!)

A test of my own dedication I think, I also didn’t want to plateau so i disciplines myself all week and got into a rhythm wanted to shock my metabolism into gear too. I’ll be having some treats this week though.

That's good to hear TTD.:T It'll set you up well for the balancing act that is being a target member when you actually want to plateau!:rotfl:

    Do you know why? :)

I had a couple of unplanned syns too. We had BGTY burgers (not HM) so 1 syn there and I had the tiniest piece of chocolate just for a taste so calling that 1 syn too.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and beetroot
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: HP sauce 1, honey in stir fry sauce 2.5

The next 2 days will have off plan meals as we're eating out. I will eat on plan for other meals and make wise choices as I actually like SW friendly food like fish and salads but I like chips too:D (and wine syns;)).

Change of plan for lunch! DH didn't fancy boiled egg salad so as we had to go and do a bit of shopping picked up some cooked chicken and had that instead - removed the skin on mine but DH didn't and said how much he enjoyed it as hasn't had skin for a long time!

Bought some more fruit as well so will have some of that if I fancy something sweet later!

Reporting a 3lbs loss after this week’s WI 👍, getting my 3 stone award and SOTW at group :D. It helped it was pretty quiet I guess ;). Afterwards trip to Tesco, getting my 3 for £1 veg and stocking up on the 3 for £3 Skyr, and another free Fage yogurt via COS. Also bought some beef and pork 5% mince; want to make the SW doner kebab recipe later this week. Never had a kebab in my life but figured it is worth trying. Will probably make 2 loaves and freeze one. Anyone on here tried the recipe? Found it on the SW website.
