    Maybe by now, maybe not.

It's a bit soon, and if that never arrives just mention it in your WS later on.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Please re-read post #45.

I repeat: you have no way of knowing when the Claimant received your Defence.
  • I’ve emailed the ccbc asking when they sent the defence to the claimant as it is now past there deadline as stated in their letter & whether they have had a response - I’ll let you know if I hear anything - I doubt I will

No it is not 'past their deadline'.

    You are worrying about nothing.
  • ccbc have confirm they have been contacted by cel

The dq’s have been sent out, I’ve already completed & emailed mine in a while ago - bring it on,
  • CE Ltd’s dq’s are showing on the system as being received on 13/4/19, yet mine that I emailed to them on 4/4/19 & resent on 14/4 & again today, are not showing. I have also not been sent a copy of CE Ltd’s DQ’s

you will have to phone the CCBC on tuesday then
  • The ccbc are pathetic, after sitting in a queue for 10 mins & despite emailing the dq’s In on 4/4 a copy on 14/4, 19/4 & today they had no record & a 10 day backlog !

They sent me a pdf that could be completed online & sent back to them on the same email, which I also did sent fao “the manager” - will check again tomorrow !
  • Still not received their dq’s But at least the ccbc overtime at the weekend meant they have finally processed mine & updated the system to reflect it.

Your claim was transferred to xxxxxxxxxx on 28/4/19

I’ve now been allocated to small claims court hearing,
date for witness statement is 25/6/19,
How do I serve them, is that just post the statement & supporting evidence to the allocated court & cel or do I take it to the court in person ?

Also can you point me in the direction of a typical witness statement format that I can use as a template please
