Another update.
Had another invite to dine with my brother-in-law, who was cooking toad in the hole (makes a change to curry and is actually something my spouse can eat). Remembered to take a box with some of my mum's old jewelery in. I thought most of it was fake, but it turned-out that, apart from 3 pieces, it was all genuine.
Got some decent money for scrapping in gold and silver.
Had a nice evening out Friday week back when I went to Southend ro see Marillion play live complete with a string quartet, french horn and flute.
Concert was good, but getting a parking ticket wasn't. Not too bothered though, as have discovered that Southend Borough Council use a PPC to run their parking enforcement which, apparrently, they cannot legally do.
Evening started with something to eat in Bojangles just up from the Cliffs Pavillion.Never Knowingly Understood.

More flat tidying this week. Even painted the rather disgusting bathroom walls so they no longer put people off. Wish I had enough time and paint to do the kitchen and hall, but, as they say, it is what it is. At least all the clutter is now in the bedroom awaiting me to fix my trailer to take it all down the tip.
Myself and MrsP. are off to my works do this evening. It's at a tapas bar. Never been to one of those before, so a new experience for the both of us.
Ebay has generated some more sales, so got some more money to help pay the never-ending stream of bills.Never Knowingly Understood.

Well over a week since my last posting. Have not been well and have lost 2 days off work. Still not feeling right, but almost better.
Flat had over 20 viewings and I have accepted an offer. This is now going through the first part of the proccess and will hopefully conclude sometime towards the end January.Never Knowingly Understood.

Hi Pat,
I'm sorry you have been feeling unwell - there are lots of nasty bugs going round at the moment that last for an unfortunately long time. I hope the fact that the the flat woo sell is one less worry on your mind.
Here's to a brilliant start to 2020 and may the new year and decade brinh you everything you want for yourself. :T:beer:Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20
