Blimey - that all sounds amazing.
How's the work/finances situation going?Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

Update time again.
Trailer has sold, so have some finances coming in.
Purchased a shelving unit from Aldi so now have all the storage sorted.
Fence took a back seat due to the high winds and rain yesterday. I am working outside on it, so need good weather.
On the minus side, am now responsible for the Council Tax on 2 properties. This I cannot afford at the moment so will have to bite the bullet and work overtime in a job I absolutley hate.
The CT for the house will be an extra £150 per month that I need to find.
I still owe 3 months on my service charge for my flat.Never Knowingly Understood.

Well done on selling the trailer! :T
I'm sorry to hear that you will have to do overtime in a job you hate. I hope better or different opportunities present themselves to your quickly. xDebt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

Got the CT for the house and it is £199 a month.
Still, finished all the custom fence panels ready to fit.
Spent the trailer money on a 10ftx10ft steel shed. Just need to dig the foundations and lay the concrete base (once I have the cash for the concrete) and a ryobi trim router (already put to use).
Project list now includes fixing my deceased F-in-L's old mobility scooter. It had 2 brand new batteries fitted last year, but after being stood for many months, has no wish to move. Could be gearbox seized or something jambed in the drive system. Will look next Saturday as that is when I am next at my F-in-L's house.
Son's cube storage unit will continue once shed has been erected. At least I can work in the dry when it is raining.
Next week I want to try to fix in the first replacement fence panel as I need to work from next door's garden. The rest can be done from my side once I find the £110 for the fence posts.Never Knowingly Understood.

Is there anybody living in the other house at the minute? I'm sure when I was moving into my house and it was uninhabited for a while, my council gave me a 25% discount.Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

No, the flat is unoccupied and up for private sale (we have 2 people interested).
Fence still not erected as no money for posts.
Base for shed not yet started as way to hot to be shovelling soil ad hand-mixing concrete.Never Knowingly Understood.

Started on levelling ground for shed base. Spnt £194 on a brand new cement mixer. This arrived today, so I set about assembling it only to find that there are 3 fixings missing. Tried phoning c/s, but it went to answerphone, so I have emailed them.
Reviews praise Dirty Pro Tools for product quality and rapid custome service response. I will wait and see.Never Knowingly Understood.

Will definatley start shed base tomorrow. wanted to do it today, but other family stuff got in the way.

Blimey, over 2 weeks since my last update.
Well, have made a start on the concrete base for the shed, but rain is getting in the way at the moment.
Fence has not been started yet as I now have yet another property to clear as my son has decided to move back home after not really coping with living on his own.
This means loads of furniture and rubbish to clear out of his council flat 14 miles away.Never Knowingly Understood.
