He did refer to a higher judgement against UKPPO which they had not appealed.
UKPPO won't, so there's no point asking them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Delightede to hear about these three cases. It would be very helpful to see a copy of the judgement and ideally, have a link to it online.0

You'd think by now that BWLegal would have got the picture.

Good Morning all,
I have been examining Bounty Hunter's earlier posts which contained the legal argument rejecting the relevance of the PCN. To do this I extracted all of the content, managed to distil it to a single page and have stored it in a cloud location, a link to which I am happy to supply to anyone who PMs me.0 -
Nice work, Edislaw.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I tried to PM Bounty Hunter to applaud his excellent work on this thread but his inbox is full.
My post a couple of days ago offering a link to a cloud stored paper based on the posts he made on the academic's legal opinion posted by him has produced several requests already. Hopefully the recipients will say if they have any problem using it.
It occurred to me that it would be a worthwhile project to assemble a couple of other papers which would enable people to follow the volumes of excellent advice on the thread. The papers could then be offered in the same way and might prevent cases coming to court..
I'm willing to assemble the papers but your help would be invaluable in identifying relevant posts from which to take extracts.
The same goes for judgements which would be invaluable as precedent matters. Links to or copies of judgements would be extremely valuable and may even prevent some cases reaching court..0 -

The group will be posting all of the research we have already put together once all the hearings/ discontinuance are confirmed.
The document you put together is a good summary focussing on purely the byelaws argument - however most of the cases have won on contract so I wouldn’t want anyone to think it is a comprehensive summary of all the points that a Judge may consider.0
