    Have any complaints to the DVLA been made that the scammers keep obtaining personal data on non-relevant land and no contract.

    What about complaints to the SRA for the scamlicitors who keep bringing numerous vexatious claims?

    Do you know if they are discontinuing before the hearing fee is paid and/or witness statements exchanged?

    Witness statements exchanged but they have backed out before they would have had to pay the hearing fees - court dates for today’s letters were set for mid December.


    One from last week however was only days before the hearing.
