Vcs were adding 8% to so called debt of £185 so I guess you are correct0

Quick question to help another person, if costs schedules change or haven't been submitted with a witness statement when would be the latest time to submit or could it be submitted to the Judge on the day.0

Ideally a few days before the hearing , so it isn't an ambush
So the sooner the better0
