Vcs when I phoned Tuesday stated they would post another cheque out first class, well postman has been and guess what - no cheque.

Typical scumbags if it doesn't arrive tomorrow then I'll have to phone again and threaten to start a claim against them.

Shtop! Shurely there's shome mishtake....

If the payment is late you are entitled to judgment interest at 8% per annum. So, if the costs order was £100, that'd be £8 each year or a little over £0.02 per day. I'm sure you'll remind them that you want interest for each day of late payment (after all they claimed interest from you).

It may only add up to a handful of Haribo penny sweets, but they're your Haribo !
