As Coupon-mad is away from the forum right now, I'll do this part of her job for her!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done on your win!
Quick question on the hearing - Did you have to fill in one of those "income/outgoing" forms to show your salary, expenditure etc...? Or was it simply a case of turn up, sit down and wait to be called?
Thanks

There is a lot more to it than that, including write a defence, write a witness statement, and perhaps write a skeleton argument, challenge right of audience, and prepare a costs schedule. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I submitted my costs and payslip about a week before the hearing when I posted my skeleton argument.
My costs submitted were £200 total.
Loss of earnings capped at £95, £5 parking, mileage £5 and £19 an hour times 5 for research.
The judge however awarded only £109 total, £95 loss of earnings, £5 parking and for twenty miles travelled £9.
He did question if I had lost earnings or was it a paid holiday, I replied yes its a loss because this should have been time spent with my family.0 -
No I didn't have to fill in any income/outgoing forms to show salary, expenditure etc.0

You cam always go after the PPC yourself for the time they have caused you to waste, waste some of theirs.
Snd them an invoice for the missing £100. No doubt they will ignore it so send them a letter before claim.

If they ignore that you have up to six years to send them a real claim. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
