Looks ok to my untrained legal eye. However, where you refer to double recovery, you need to refer to the decisions made in the Southampton Court, as detailed by beamerguy in this thread.

I won and have been awarded £109 cost, I went for £200 but the judge only gave £95 for loss of earnings £5 parking and twenty miles £9 mileage. I would like to thank all for their help and guidance and anyone thinking of standing up to these scammers do it.0
