Why is speeding socially acceptable?

I bet these village half wits will struggle to drive in a busy city like London
Whereas halfwits from London either coming up north on holiday or moving up here struggle to drive on rural roads at night, even the main A roads, because there's no street lighting. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. On my commute which takes at least 1.5 hours each way; most people are speeding on most roads at some point. Some speed restrictions are overbearing and unnecessary. People have to get to work; not spend all day getting there; hence it is accepted that some 'speeding' is acceptable to most people.0

Of course they could leave home a bit earlier and not speed or get a job nearer home rather than spend " hours " commuting:rotfl:0
