Not everyone can be academic and hopefully the less successful students will find an alternative route in life. Not a reflection on you by any means, you can only do so much.

    Big hugs from me xx

I think the thing that bothers me most is that loads of them could have done well, but we as a society have such a culture of "instant" that getting the insta/snapchat generation to put in decent hard graft is bloody difficult especially when there are other issues at stake. But like I said if you did work then you got the grade so it is fair in that sense.

Yes. I can honestly say I did. Not very often I think that, so I will take it.

  • Why do you need to provide explanations for a day for yourself? Also, why worry about brexit? To me, it’s like taxes or paying for diesel. A necessary evil that I can’t impact

Mum would think it weird me going off on my own and I can't be bothered for the questions and the worry that would ensue or the !!!!!! comments

and Brexit. well I worry about Mum and BIL's meds mainly. I appreciate I can't do anything about it but at the same time they are what keeps them both alive to some extent so a shortage would frighten me. I have asked Mum to check with the doctor if hers are likely to be a shortage drug so we shall see.

I am still going mainly cos I can't get a refund! I thought I would have a free day tomorrow but now have a million things to do!

    Need to make a plan.

  • I think I am really stressed and despite the results am actually looking forward to going back to work.

I am shopping today so I can go out tomorrow, also have to drop off parcels and pick up a letter.

Should go to the bank as well.

Then it is back here to continue with the room. Sunday and Monday I want to tackle the garden, I have decided to order the paint and stuff for the garden.

Tuesday I am seeing my friends and Wednesday/Thursday are house days, Friday am hopefully seeing my old boss. He should have some advice re the issues at work.

And then Saturday and Sunday holiday over and back to prepping for work and Mum going away.

The quicker I get on the better.

  • The charity shop bags have moved and been added to. Not far!

I also emptied three boxes and two bags of "stuff"

I sorted some paper work and then got a bit despairing of it all.

    But progress is progress.

Also got paid, had 196 left from last month so paid that to the CC.

    BUT

Also bought some stuff in the Evans Sale and want to buy some stuff from Wickes. So it isn't going down for long.

  • I had a vision of my Sunday and it did NOT involve dog vomit and dog poo!

At least I successfully medicated the rabbits! Yay for no damage to me or them.

And I suppose the kitchen floor is clean......

I am going to have a bath(terrible back pain), walk the dogs and continue Marie Kondoing my life.

OOO I checked my credit record and it is good, 944/999

Have a good one folks XX
