  • Oh what a day!

My car at mechanics, so luckily could borrow Mum's, Mum's car made weird noise. I texted Mechanic whilst at the vets for the rabbits. He said bring it here cos he is wonderful, so I did. He fixes the fan belt for FREE.

Back home, I have to go to the bank for cash and get some shopping, then I did some sorting of the rabbit aviary, went to Wickes, came home and had lunch. Then train to collect car, came home via Wickes (more play bark) and the vets to pick up my little bunnies.

today I spent about 750 pounds.....

    Ugh.

anyhow at least so far the rabbits are ok.

    And the car is lovely.

Today is the last day of the summer break, I am very sad really. Between Mum being ill and the weather being so ridiculously hot at points plus being "on call" for everyone summer has been a huge disappointment. Obviously Mum couldn't help being ill and I would do anything to make things easier for her so it is what it is. I just don't know how I am going to manage the next term and bloody Christmas without having any reserves. It has been nothing but stress and worry. Or me not being well. I appreciate that is a bit self pitying and really it is bad luck. One of those things.

Plus I have some crazy plans for whilst Mum is away! Every weekend I have a decluttering task. Just hope the weather holds so I can do the garden stuff.. Since she thinks this will be her last ever trip I really must make the effort. It would make a huge difference to our quality of life.

Today I am dying my hair, having lunch with my ex boss, moving the charity shop bags to the car (one stage at a time!) and working on my room. Yawns........ have to collect a parcel and get fish and chips later. I have got the last corner of my room to do so hopefully it will be done.........
