    *whine alert*

So of course something quite nice happens to me and then something !!!! happens! Came home, having had a decent day at work and looking forward to going out to find Mum has been requested to go have a blood test because there was an abnormality in last one. They have said she could go tomorrow but she isn't, she is going on Tuesday cos that is when she always goes.

I just sometimes feel like nothing good should happen to me cos it seems to mean that some else bad happens. And I know that is what life is like and it is just coincidence . But literally everything is rubbish right now, people dying, people having cancer, intensive care. Stuff at work. It seems just awful.

    Positives

my best friend's mum is doing well post cancer op
    My friend's child is 12
    The term is nearly over.

    The date was nice.

A repeat test because of abnormality could just be the sample was compromised. Happens far to frequently round here!

Just keep your focus on the positives. I'm like you if something nice happens 100 bad things take its place. Unfortunately that's real life for most of us :(

Hope your mum is ok xx

Like I said, try and focus on the positive things xx

Prom was Lovely and my students were so great.

Saturday was the normal running around like a nutter tho think I had food poisoning from the prom! so was a struggle. Came home and slept like the dead for four hours! messed up dinner and sleep so was up till two.

Today involved another eight bags to the tip and for this evening I will be cleaning my room whilst watching nonsense on Netflix.

We did have a nice dinner and both D ick and the date guy have texted.
And Harry Potter is on TV.

PPI - all cheques cleared and when the last payment is made I will have enough to pay off the CC debt (3400) I have 1050 left of the tax rebate and 1800 in the help to buy and one more company to investigate. I think once I have done that I will contact a company and get them to check for me and for Mum.

hopefully I will be able to pay off the 400. And then pay off some more when I get paid and hopefully have 1500 left in the savings. Hopefully.

I have 600 saved for summer but sadly not enough for a beach holiday - well none that I can find.

any how best get back Harry Potter :)

  • I thought I posted yesterday but I don't think it stuck, the internet is currently rubbish.

I have been really ill since Saturday. Managed work parents eve and tutoring purely by luck.

things at work are really bad.

things at home are improved cos the holiday is coming so I don't feel so pressured to have stuff done. Already planned a fair bit for the holiday.

generally I am miserable. Oh and date guy? I texted him sunday got a very flat response and nothing since. I have another date on Monday. I am so drained by dating I am hoping I fall instantly in love on Monday!!
D ick is still around. I think because he felt he was a mess when we worked together he is trying to make sure someone from work knows he isn't a mess now if that makes sense. It is the only reason I can figure for him to remain in touch. It is killing me at times, especially when things suck so much.

So lets hope I meet someone SOON!

and stuff at work can be sorted.

Sorry to hear things are carp at the moment. I hope you feel better soon and that work and romance pick up. There's a lot in the media at the moment saying single people are happier....

  • I do Beanie!

Still worried about Mum, no results yet....

But in other news I have given notice at work and will finish at Christmas - I hope, that hasn't been confirmed tho. Recently events showed it was very much time to move on.

So now it is all about saving money and ensuring debts are gone by Christmas if not sooner and that I have an emergency fund whilst selling/de-cluttering and organising as much as I can.

    Here's to a new future!
