  • Thanks Beamerguy. Some of their replies may shed light on what I put in my defence statement,I sahll contact court to hopefully get a copy.
I did just see htis extract from their WS "It is the driver's responsibilty to check for signage, check the legality before leaving their vehicle"
WHich is frankly stupid, when you see car park photos and lack of signs.

OK I see a postal PCN sent by PCS but you've blanked out the 'date of event' from the right hand box, and the date the NTK was sent.

    What are those dates (both)?

9(2)f of schedule 4 has not been stated in full, I notice, but a late PCN that could not have arrived by day 15 would be ideal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Just added 2 photos to dropbox folder, will get better quality ones later today hopefully. But it shows area where my vehicle was parked according to Claimants WS,about where black vehicle is. Also shows nearest sign,if you have a ladder you could maybe read it! :)

So the sign they put in evidence in close up, doesn't match the high sign, at all.

And the whole run of bays by the trees have no signage at all.
