Companies have to respond to a SAR within 30 days. I have to say the JD Parking website is fairly abysmal.0

You have absolutely nothing to lose by submitting a SAR, even if your court date is 5 weeks away. It is free to submit.Natwest OD - Start: £1,500 Current: £1,500 | Creation Loan - Start: £2,152.33 Current: £2,082.90 | Barclaycard CC - Start: £5,242.42 Current: £5,416.45 | Novuna Loan - Start: £8,598.43 Current: £8,366.04 | Tesco CC - Start: £9,420.22 Current: £9,885 | Northridge Car - Start: £15,584 Current: £15,017
Starting total on 02.07.2024 is: £42,497.40 | Current total: £42,267.39 (0.5% paid off)0 -
Agreed - email that SAR now, urgently.
Don't hold up your WS for it though!
Most important question in my mind is, did you defend this as registered keeper ad never said who was driving, in any wording in any appeal, or the defence?
You do realise if you blabbed about being the driver, in an early appeal, that a PPC doesn't have to issue any NTK?
We would be able to help you more if you show us their WS and evidence, please, as a link (use Dropbox or similar, not photobucket!)
I bet their evidence is a pile of trash and easy to pull apart in your WS, which you must!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Edit your post
We dont want to know who drove
You did NOT submit a "skeleton defence"
You submitted your ENTIRE defence!
So - did you chalenge them on Keper Liability? Yes or No? Dpont guess
If you just wrote it by hand, then thats a really idiotic thing to do - in future, always keep a copy if youre goin gto write by hand on a form you then send off, otherwise you have no record of EXACTLY what was said.
Have you ever appealed? Yes or No?0 -

So cover it in your WS, as keeper liability is a matter of their compliance with statute law (the POFA Schedule 4) and we doubt they did comply.
You can compare their NTK (postal PCN, if there was one) to Schedule 4 and see for yourself if the 9(2)f wording was on there verbatim, for example.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
