So many cases going through the courts that they must have very limited time to read all the paperwork. The WS sent by the PPC in my case was 80 pages. I think that they are skim reading and picking out the main issues.

I have received a LETTER OF CLAIM from BW....
All stems from an NCP PCN in December 2018....
I wasn’t even driving but am the registered keeper, I haven’t responded to a single letter from them but now have a letter of claim...
Any advice on what to do?
It has been NCP then letters from TRACE and now BW Legal
