The £10 starter kit is great value. I got it with my first campaign. I kept the items out of it for my self and I have used all the samples nearly that came with it.

I have ordered the Sampling pack at £20 this time.

Well just got back from my sister in laws and she has placed and order for £11.50, and then my niece also got the tahitian holiday fragrance for £5 so I am over my MOV for C10 already and still 2 weeks to go for it!!!:T

    Oohh, quick one:

Does it count as one order when you order half your items from camp 8 and half from camp 9? Ie, do you have to have a minimum order value in both camps?

I've done what people on here suggested about going through the last brochure to see if any items are cheaper and found I can get several items cheaper from camp 8.

yes that will all count as one order.

another tip when a free gift is offered for spending £15 is to add up any individuals prices (say if one customer spends only £8 and another £9) and claim the freebie for yourself! i got 5 beauty bonus bags last year in one campaign. they made great xmas pressies!

Thanks all more more good suggestions. My meeting with my ASM went well today. She's lovely - I really am lucky I guess from what others have said about theirs! She's assigned me another much larger bit of territory than the one I was losing so I'm happy! Elle - did you speak to your ASM?

Yes I spoke to her on the phone but she hurried me off it. I didn't push the point as she's due out tomorrow so I'll bring it up again then!

Also, I bumped into someone I know that knows this rep (and uses her regularly) and she said she'll pass my number to her so she can ring and tell me who her customers are. Would be best for everyone if I avoided them wouldn't it?!

I'm really glad to hear you've been given a different territory - that'll hopefully make the second campaign loads better for you. I know it's like doing the work all over again but I'm sure the major workload is just from the initial canvassing we have to do!

I hope she deals with it properly for you tomorrow. Do let us know!

I still have the majority of my old territory as well as the new bit so I'm very happy.

That sounds like a good idea to get the other reps customers...people can be a bit precious if they think you're poaching someone's territory even if the reverse is true!

Got a text order last night for £38 which was great.

I put a message on the order forms to say that I welcome phone, text and email orders so hopefully that will appeal to some people, so it may be worth trying if you haven't already!

Another tip is to look at prices and freebies in both campaigns as you can order from your current one and a book behind, for example someone ordered some perfume for £18 in book 8 we ordered in from book 7 as we could get 2 free gifts

please help me im really confused!

i just started avon last week, my area is on c 8 and 9 but ive only got books for 10 and 11 beacuse my sales leader didnt have any 9 left. ive got orders off book 10 already. am i gonna be penalised for not ordering anything off c9?

i know these questions have prob already been answered and ive tried to read through but this thread is soooooo long so any help would be gratefully appreciated!

how much do i have to get orders for before i get any commission? im up to £62 on c 10 so far and the order deadline isnt until mid june.

also, when do they take the administration fee? because ive started (bookless) on 9 will they bill me £7.50 now or when i place my order with c10?

Thanks so much for your help!
    xx

No, you won't be. Each area should only be using one book at a time btw.

    £76.

It's taken from your first two orders.
