Ive just got a phonecall from avon saying that one of my boxes has been water damaged! so I will be one box short tomorro:mad:
but they should be redelivering the damaged on before the end of the week.
Kinda annoying but nice of them to let me know
anyone else ever had this happen?0 -
Hi i placed my first order today as a new rep.
£220 and not had books a week yet. is this good?
My internet as been on and off all day so i thought rather than miss the deadline i would submit my order, then a friend calls and says her work colleagues have some orders. is there anyway to still order them today?
or will i have to make them wait till next order.
Hope you have all done well0 -
I had a box missing once and they were alright about it, it was the box with all my books or next campaign in so I didnt mind

Hi,
Well done on the great first order
You can place addition orders with Avon, but if its below the commission level £76ish unfortunatly you wont earn anything from it

Well done Blackwidoz! I have just started Avon aswell! Have to get my 1st order in by the 9th September and so far they add up to £348 and I still have to get a couple of books from people! Im taking books here, there and everywhere and dropping hints that I am doing Avon :rotfl: Im not sure if you can order your items today if you have already submitted an order!? try ringing your sales manager or the person who set you up as an Avon Rep!? You can still order them next time though as you can have 2 brochures going at the same time!! Which is fab!
If anyone has any ideas on how to get new customers please let me know, there is NO free area where I live to knock door to door !?
Lou xx:mad:0 -
I have just found out my area today but when i have delivered to a few people on my estate (Now my area) turns out someone is already doing it. have spoken to Avon and they said that no one should have it, so presuming its someone who lives close by. What would you do? dont want to annoy customers by delivering twice but it's my area and so convenient for me xx:j MOVING TO AUS 12th JULY 2009 WOOHOO :j0

contact you SL and tell her someone is doing it or if there is a customer willing to show/tell you the name on the other order form you can get onto it that way aswel, i have the same problem the area i am in is a new build area and the streets were alocated to me but the rep in question decided to do it aswell she got a good few orders from my streets aswell, but i spoke to my area manager (dont have a sl because i went directly thru avon)and it should be sorted by the time i drop my next books in:rolleyes:september:£22 jackpotjoy,screensaver,£50 thomas cook voucher0

HOW ANNOYED AM I!!!
I AM A NEW AVON REP AND AM DOING MY 1ST CAMPAIGNE! CAMPAIGNE 14! I HAVE WORKED HARD AND PRODUCED ORDERS THAT ADD UP TO £448!!! YES £448 ON MY 1ST GO!!
MY SL HAS NOW RANG ME TO SAY 'AS I AM A 1ST TIME REP AND ON MY 1ST CAMPAIGNE, I CAN ONLY PLACE AN ORDER OF £200, MY CREDIT LIMIT IS £200!!'
SO WHAT DO I DO WITH THE OTHER £248 WORTH OF ORDERS!?
WELL I' HAVE TO PAY £248 UP FRONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I AM GOING TO GET THIS £248!??? MY SL NEVER TOLD ME THAT I CAN ONLY PLACE AN ORDER UP TO £200 UNTILL NOW!
Has this happened to anyone else when they started? I am soo annoyed that I have to come up with £248 up front before I can submit my £448 order! Apparently this only happens when you start on your 1st orders, my next 2nd campaigne, I can order as much as I like?!

lou can't your SL order the other bits for you? ok she will get the commision on those orders but you will at least be able to give the customer what they ordered. it is correct that for your 1st order you have a small credit limit but this doubles on your next campaign, then doubles on the next one and so on. im sure she should be able to help you as that is alot of money to stump up in one go:rolleyes:september:£22 jackpotjoy,screensaver,£50 thomas cook voucher0
