    Hey all,

quick question if anyone can help. One of my customers has ordered item Extralong lasting Foundation page 32 in brochure 14. This is on the page with items 2 for £8.00. Just had a look at it and it says underneath "excluded from offer" . Would you go round and ask them if they want to change it? or do something else?

    Thanks

Did she order just the one at £12? If she did I'd just leave it and order that item. If she ordered 2 items expecting to pay £8 for both, then yes I would definately ask what they want to do, explaining the offer.

Sorry, as much as I like my customers be they from territory or friends/family, I would not be out of pocket for them! and certainly not that much.

If they didn't notice the offer, then they won't mind you telling them, but if they did notice it then they'll take you for a fool next time and do the same again. Offer her another look to choose a different item for the 2 for £8 offer.

Just say to her "i was putting the avon orders through last night and noticed that item X on your form is excluded from the "2 for £8" offer (show her the page) - just wanted to doublecheck that you knew this before I ordered?"

Most people I find appreciate you double-checking orders with them - I do think that they do it on purpose sometimes!

  • you know when you put in your bulk orders.. and a few days later it tells you how many boxes to expect... do you ever find that its never as many boxes as the websites state??
my first order is said i should have 2 boxes, and everything was in 1
my second order said 4 boxes but i got 2
and this one, my third now says 7 boxes! i wonder how many will be delivered on tuesday! lol

anythingyou get seperate is included as a box - so if you get 2 boxes and then 2 bags come seperate it will say 4 boxes - so its relaly how many different items you are handed - hope that makes sense!
  • Hi all. I have had a customer ask if Avon are still selling, 'Feet Strips' Apparently they were strips to cool the bottom of your feet, they came in a box and where green, maybe seaweed? Thanks Lou Lou xx
