Forgot to add dont give up! My C13 is a huge improvement on the last one and the xmas books are always a big hit from C15-C18. At least stick it out over xmas to get yourself some pocket money in then if things are still bad have a rethink.

thats true, been trying out various ways to cook my books to survive Christmas and I think I will have to stick at Avon.

actually think I could e bay some stuff - Avon wise, got some 75p things. hmmm

Well good laff for you all here. Ordered a shed load of planet spa items off the back cover of HT in my additional C11 order - they're "no longer available" - yeah right :rotfl: Also got a LBD summer spray from HT clearance a few weeks ago and then when tried to re-order - no longer available. However, customer orders 1 this campagin and it's in my box - go figure - so good job I was uber sneaky and ordered two for myself :rotfl: So I think they just either please themselves or have a certain amount for reps and then the rest for the customer orders...... I think that's sneaky - it's either available or it's not....... Still, got all my avon customer christmas presents - a £1 bottle of lavender bubble bath (the christmas one that was in clearance a couple of campaigns ago). That means I don't have to run 'round the £1 shops in November now - hurrah Must sort out the Avon stuff for e-bay tonight for tomorrow. Must also start keeping proper accounts of my postage costs etc to see exactly what I'm earning on that front.

Hello RIE - Do you sell a lot of Avon stuff on Ebay? Is it successful? I was thinking of opening a shop on there but am really in two minds as to if it is worth it. Do you just auction or do a shop?

Also, third time of ordering the mother of pearl photo frame, but none have been delivered. Has anyone have any of these available? I agree with RIE about the way that some items are available when it pleases them.

By the way, has anyone else seen the Campaign 15 brochure for customers? It looks really smart, however I do notice that it would be better for us to buy the Reindeer through the brochure rather than the Hello Tomorrow magazine...

Hi Lisa - I just sell off my surplus stuff. At the moment I am trying to have a great de-clutter and, as usual for an avon rep, I have squirrelled away far too much . A lot of my stuff is now discontinued so that goes quite well - especially perfumes and old planet spa stuff. I've thought about a shop as well but TBQH the prices that they sell for seem to be way below brochure prices so I'm not sure. I am seriously thinking of being an on-line rep though for my area - giving it a try anyway - but I think I'll wait until I've decluttered first.....

how do you become an online rep? I have looked on the website and can't find anything about it ?

My campaign 12 has beenawful, got about 400 quid but 300 of that is from my OH's work, about 100 from my estate. Normally get at least 3 - 400 from the estate. My dad passed away 2 weeks ago just as C12 books were due out, so I put a note on the front explaining that due to a family berevement I would not be going back to collect books, but to order via phone /text/ emial or drop it through my door. I recieved a total of 7 orders!! So anoying, and just shows how lazy people are that they won't make any effort more than filling in the order form (and half of them can't do that right!!!)
I think that ome of them don't actually know what a bereavement is, one lady came it to me in the street and asked how the bereavement went! Maybe she thought it was a party of some kind!!

I think you just post a picture on e-bay and say "here I am". I going to give it a go for the Manchester area - I'll do it until Christmas probably and then see how it's going. All this is because I am desperate to give up work - love my job, love the patients, quite like my consultant (whe she's not flapping over nothing :rolleyes: - she's a real flapper and yet won't let me take anything off her .....) but I can't stand what the managers are doing to the place. Made my feelings quite clear in my PDP Assessment on Thursday . Hence the digital work as well (plus I am so not a morning person :rotfl: ). I guess we're just going to have to take the plunge...

AAArgh! I've done it! I've put a classified ad on E-bay for avon repping...... can't belive I've been so brave. I will let you know how I get on!!:T
