 Oh my life i have to rant or i think my face will explode!! I have been chasing this stupid stupid stupid woman from my fiances work for about 3 weeks now for payment for her £40 order. FINALLY she went over to my fiance today and said she has decided she doesnt want to £20 morgan bag anymore so just gave him half the money. GRRRRR does she not know what a pain it is to return things!! You wouldnt go to a shop and say "ok i'll come back in three weeks to give you the money". GGGRRRR!! Does anyone else ever feel like this?!!:happylove If you do what you've always done, you'll get where you've always got! :heartpuls0

Returns are a pain when you work.

speaking of returns, i have to return someones order, i did it a few weeks ago at least, but havent ordered anything since, so the no-one has came to drop anything off. The way i usually do it is when they drop the items off i give them the returns. What should i do this time?0

I don't work but I missed my last return 'cos I was sound asleep in bed still at 9am :rolleyes:0 -
Sunshine I think you can post it? not sure,
and I hate missing the courier bloke. GRrrrrr

We now have a system. The nice courier bloke puts it in one of my wheelie bins and the other week when they were both full he put the order behind and put all the binds 'round them - the only thing missing was John Wayne and a teepee!!!:rotfl:But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0

Ive noticed a lot of people saying how bad book 12 was for them.
Im wondering if its the time of year more than the book itself?
Books 11 and 12 were reasonably good for me. I sold over £200 on each when I normally average about £100.
Just collected in all book 13 and have only just reached minimum order
I have two theories on this.
1. Lots of people are having holidays or saving for holidays.
OR
2. The credit crunch is affecting people more.
Im hoping its the first because if its the second, us Avon reps are going to wonder if its worth the effort.
As someone else said though....once we get summer out of the way, people will be thinking of Christmas and sales will pick up.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
Hi,
Please can someone help me? I have a customer who has order an underwear set as a present but only the briefs were delivered. The code is 14811 Vintage Bra 34D. I also wanted the Mother of Pearl Picture Frame as a present for someone. The code for that is 32078. If anyone out there has this or can try ordering for me that would be brilliant.
Thanks for any help in advance

I also found that camp 12 was a bit of a flop compared to camp 11. I was on hol for a week though so i didnt put 1005 effort in. Camp 13 though is not as good as i had hoped so i am just hoping that it is cos its holiday season and will pick up before christmas.
I dont think the credit crunch would be too big an issue and in fact i think it might help. Avon is lots cheaper than a lot of the stuff you get in boots/ john lewis etc, so i think people might start thinking about cutting back and going for a less expensive range-AVON! This is just my very optimistic theory though.
I read a great tip in the HT the other day. It said to spray your order bags with an avon perfume and tell your customers/write it on the bag. A great way to advertise the lastest fragrance! xxx:happylove If you do what you've always done, you'll get where you've always got! :heartpuls0 -

I saw this as well Louise and thought it a brill idea. Would have to put on the book which perfume it was to maybe benefit from any sales it would generate?
I think brochure 14 has Lacrois Rouge on offer so this would be an ideal one to start with.
I didnt really want to buy a full size perfum though and was going to get some samples. Wondering if I could decant samples into a small sprayer and do it that way.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600
