The rejuvinate vouchers are for all the customers that ordered on c12. They then use them against certain products in c13 and are supposed to give the vouchers back to you to redeem them. You will then need to input the code off of the voucher when you place your order to make sure you get the £5 off.0
-
What happens to the commission that you receive - is it calculated on the full amount or on the amount less the voucher?0
-
It's the amount less the voucher according to HT14.
Not that I reckon anyone on my round is going to order it anyway!
Nor mine. My big sellers are SSS, the footworks stuff, planet spa and shower gels. Also had a bit of a run of arabain glow as well. Face creams don't really shift and perfumes are very few and far between. But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0 -
ooooooo. Captain Jack.
ahem. focus. Avon.
well. I am going to start doing my Saturday Avon thing next week. got six houses interested from my last big push and then will do the scary road avec ferral teenagers. Also I noticed a block of flats, thought i might put some books in there? just on the ground floor.
Face creams don't sell for me, senses stuff does, and then random gifty stuff and make up.

Interestingly enough, I just did a mini poll on Toluna (who've ripped me off AGAIN btw) and it asked "what anti-ageing cream would you never buy?" Avon came in first place with 21% of the votes!
In fairness, it's really expensive with nothing to back up it's claims. It changes too frequently to be considered innovative too. At least when you buy Protect & Perfect from Boots you know it works! I've not been impressed with any of the Anew products I've tried myself so I can't really convince my customers either.
My biggest sellers so far have been make-up, SSS, Clearskin and a couple of perfumes. It's interesting to note we all have similar best sellers despite what Avon tell us is popular.
I've not sold a single Christian Lacroix despite claims it's Avon's biggest seller!
I wrote an email rant to Avon the other day about the samples available and asked firstly why we have to pay so much when people on this very site are bragging about getting huge boxes from them for free; and secondly - why don't they do samples of things our customers actually want to buy?! Like the senses range - if I could hand out one of those to every customer, I bet I'd get a return on the investment. I passed out Anew samples once and most of them came back still in the brochures!!
Hmm, wonder if they'll respond?0 -
thats a good point about samples - more sss and some senses would be good. i have found a lot of the advertised as popular products dont really get many people interested Campaign five, the mascara and free bag was really really popular for me.
Gemia - i can back order from campaign 11 if that helps?:j Debt-Free-Wannabe! :jDeclutter/Ebay/Savings0 -
I agree - they used to do senses samples which I found really helpful but now they don't. Plus what is all this "variety pack" nonsense?
I think they should do SSS samples and also bring back the shampoo samples - they used to work for me too. I have sold 1 bottle of Rouge and 1 bottle of Cynthia Rowley. I now only get the perfume samples when they are half price and then save them for the run-up to Christmas so that people can sniff the ones that have the gift sets. All the free face cream stuff that I got sent for meeting a target I have ended up selling on e-bay as I couldn't shift it. I did sell one bottle of that Anew Elixir stuff but the customer said that although it was okay she felt as if she had a film on her face. I must say the only one that I tend to sell is the Botanicals ones - which I use - and they are the cheapest! I see they are also "retiring" the Planet Spa volcano stuff and the Naturals Aloe and Tangerine - I do wish they wouldn't do this as I just get people interested in the stuff and they disappear. Also, what happened to the Planet Spa Detox foot patches? Loads of people asked me for those and I had to disappoint them. If you look at the USA website they appear to have lots more choice than us. Makes me feel like the kid with it's nose against the sweetshop window:rotfl:

Dyou mean the pink a glow lip gloss?? if so that would be great. im on C13 So i cant get it0 -
that is so true about the perfume, Christian Lecrioux (how ever you spell it) absolutely bombed and I sent back all the cynitha stuff cos i couldn't shift it either.
senses samples would be BRILLIANT. what ever Avon do with Reese Witherspoon etc lots of people still just want shower gel and body lotion type products from Avon.
I have never got on with an Avon face cream, I use perform and protect and Regintiv stuff(eeek at the price but it works.)
I do wonder some times if Avon will ever shake its slightly "cheap" rep especially with the figurines malarky!Nevertheless she persisted.0
