Avon - Hints and Tips?

Hi everyone
A few months ago I got a call from Avon offering me the Sun Care pack (I think it was called that) which was 10 suncare items for £10. I was only allowed to order one of it
So with my delivery that camapign I actually got 2 packs sent to me  and they appeared on my invoice, but with cost showing as £0. I guessed it would be charged to my account 2 campaigns later like they sometimes to.
The feels like it was ages ago now and I've not had it charged to my account yet. Has anyone else had this, or know when it's due to be charged to peoples accounts, or have I managed to unwhittingly get away with free products?
Ta muchly
I'd have a look through all your invoices, find the one you originally got it on and then check the ones afterwards and see if you have been charged. If you haven't been charged :T shhhhh :rotfl:
I got a pack with my campaign 9 delivery, it was £25 for 9 items but I don't get charged til campaign 11. I'm going to send it all back though :rotfl:
Let us know if you find it or not:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

I am not an Avon rep but looking for some advice. I work full time as a teacher, do you think i would have enough time to become an Avon rep as well or not? Do you have to declare your income?
I'm involved with Kleeneze which is a very similar thing, though household products and Jewelry rather than make-up and I can tell you that many of our most successful distributors are teachers, of which quite a few have long since exceeded their teaching income and retired to work part time with Kleeneze.
So the answer is yes you can fit it around your teaching job though you need to be disciplined.
As to tax, yes officially you need to declare it.0 -
Thansk Haley, will do
I've definately not been charged for it yet.. maybe it has ended up a freebie! :T :rotfl:April 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
Well Done Shortie- things are always better when they are free!
I placed my order for camp 11 and backorders for camp 10 last night- it was my best yet at £490 except i spent about £60 on myself and pressies so still no money-haha!
I went through all the camp 11 orders and looks to see who had orders cosmetics, found the same item in the camp 10 and if it was on one of the pages that you got a free makeup item with, i changed the camp order and claimed the freebie for myself! Ususally if a customer has missed out on an offer i will give them the freeebie but being as this is from a previous book i feel guilt free!! I have ordered myself 2 Invisible Light Concealer pens and 2 mascaras- they will come in very handy for peoples birthdays etc. Also, i ordered the mistake proof mascara as i had a customer asking about it so i shall buy it for a little cheaper- hurrah!!
I've been buying a few little packs out of the HT clearance now so that by christmas i wont have a major spend to do- ive never been so organised in my life!
Well this was a v long message- got a little carried away!! xxx:happylove If you do what you've always done, you'll get where you've always got! :heartpuls0 -
Although not an Avon rep myself, someone in my office has started as one and it is actually quite nice buying from a work colleague. Our office is fairly large with a sizeable female workforce. So I really hope she will have some good campaigns. I didn't know her before she sent out an email about it. I think she had prior permission from the firm before doing so.0

This is what I do each time I order. It takes some working out though. I spent 2 hours at the kitchen table yesterday doing my order(and back order!).
I hope I have not missed anyones items off. I got some great "freebies" to put in my Christmas box, and mananged to up my earnings by back ordering.

Where can I find the daily specials and do they come with your next order or do you have to pay postage for them? Sorry for all the questions0 -
I also look through both brochures looking for offers I can take advantage of, I've got a box full of goodies from doing this!
The daily special is emailed to you:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

Hi Hayley, Thanks for your reply. Do you know where you sign up for the daily emails, I just can't find an option for it on the reps home page.
Thanks in advance0 -
They are automatically sent to every rep's registared email address. But only wilst the tenis is on.
If you go online though, and check in the interet exclusive offers they are shown in there too with a tennis ball next to them.
