Hiya gemia. Thanks hun for the advice anyway. I'm a bit of a softy but I can;t help but think 6 visits and no cash is a bit of a mick-take lol

Well done on your first campaign though! That is such a good first order. How many houses do you cover?

i did about 30 houses on my first drop. got orders from 6 and then had orders from work didnt do too bad i was worried i wouldnt hit the min order value, so definately didnt expect to hit £300!im gonna try to add another 20 houses into this campaign and weed out the customers that arent interested by getting them to tick a box if they do not want to recieve further books. then i can concentrate on finding new customers and lookin after the current onesx

That's brilliant! I struggle to get 200 quid and my round is 260 houses!

My order still hasn't been sent to the carrier so I get the feeling they might not be sending it. I'm annoyed really as it seems so stupid...they're losing out as well as me after all. Most of these orders are from first time customers and if this doesn't come on time they will be put off and might not even want it...

    Hi Crystal,
I asked AVON the same question and they told me that no new orders would be sent out while there was a balance outstanding.

Can you not put your outstanding deliveries as returns online and then you would only have to pay what you have actually managed to collect. You can then either return the items on your next delivery or I'm sure if they're not returned then Avon just reinvoice them. This gives youa bit of extra time to get hold of your customers for the money.

I think that's the way it works but I've only done a couple of campaigns - can anyone else confirm this?

Thanks TM. I reckon that's what I'm going to have to do...I'm pretty annoyed that they're so inflexible though. Fair enough if it was 2 campaigns late or whatever but they're not helping themselves here, never mind me.

Good luck with everything though. Hopefully you'll get all your orders sorted soon and then it will be plain sailing for you, fingers crossed anyway.

Return-wise I don't know if you have done them or not before but they are dead easy online, it will only take you about 5 mins and then you'd be able to sort your balance and get your order - just so you know though returns don't show up until they invoice the next order, but don't worry they still count so just pay your balance minus what you were putting down as returns.

TM - still laughing at the loo seat but also glad it came in useful - was it a super dooper heated automatic bottom-wiping one?

I have done returns before and they're pretty straight forward aren't they? Was pleasantly surprised! and will do that if hey haven't processed it tomorrow though I spoke to them today and they said it was down as 'ready for billing' so I will probably get it.

On another subject it is absolutely terrfifying weather here...bucketing down is not the word---it's dark, thunder and lightning and I have just had to peg it out to get my washing in! Blimey!

Oh...on the tip front, I have put together a gift basket this campaign and put a label on all my order forms stating that every order over £5 will be entered into a draw to win it. I'll let you know if it encourages people!
