Fantastic, I'm collecting my orders tomorrow so I'm hoping I might get a couple too especially as I have about 30 C12 brochures out as well (which don't have that offer) so I can back order to C11.0
-
Ooh..must back order myself on C 12 if anyone orders anew stuff. Thanks for the reminder!0

I got a freebi bonus bag too and looking forward to back ordering for it-woo. I bought a great little bronze satin bag that had bronzing pearls, a bronzing brush and one of those bronzing stix out of HT last time. It was only a fiver and im going to back order a few more as they would make great little xmas pressies and are handy if you forget someones bday etc- just whip one of those out!hehe.
One of my customers ordered £60 of underwear and now i have it all bagged up has just said she's not sure she wants in now (GRRR). I pressume you cant return knickers but can you return bras? I've never done returns before so feel a bit nervous about it.:happylove If you do what you've always done, you'll get where you've always got! :heartpuls0 -
I never thought about back ordering, can u do that if items are cheaper in C11 Than in C12 too and order them at the lower price but charge the customer the higher price? its only my 2nd campaign so im not that clued up just yet.can u do that with free items too??0

Yes just check the book behind as items are sometimes cheaper, you pocket the difference !
You can also do it with free items, say you need to spend £15 over certain pages to get a free gift, customer 1 order £7.50 and customer 2 order £7.50 from the qualifing pages you claim the gift for yourself :j0 -
I've put some knickers on for credit louise lol
I ordered them for myself but the matching bra didnlt fit so they didn't even come out the packet. Just put your reason down as unable to deliver. they've given me the credit put haven't collected it but I would have though tf there was a problem they would have just refused the credit too.
Was the bronze bag suitable for a clutch in your opinion? I'm after a goldy/bronze clutch bag to go with an olive silk dress I'm wearing for a christeningIt's in Liverpool (I'm from there) and you know how overdressed everyone gets for these things lmao

Excellent. thanks for that tip. i wish id've thought of that on my last order. i did manage to blag 3 beauty bonuses for myself but i never thought about it on the other free gifts0

I should think so. Its not too big- prob only fit mob, keys, purse and a bit of makeup in. Its satin and has a brinze bow on it. Its at the start of the clearnace section in HT 11.
How does credit work? SO they actually send you the £20 (or whatever value) or do you just knock it off your next payment. grr why buy £60 of stuff and then change your mind!!?:happylove If you do what you've always done, you'll get where you've always got! :heartpuls0 -
If someone dosent want anything we take it off the payment we make, then add as a credit and when the next order is placed it works itself out0

Going back to one of my original questions, has anyone had any problems with flats? im going to try to add a block of flats to my round and was just wondering if anyone had had anyproblems with people getting shirty about a stranger walking around inside their building. cos they dont have letter boxes outside like the other flats i deliver to have and id have to go into the buildings, just a bit wary about it0
