We deliver the books with the delivery so cant see an anvantage of having 2 lots of books in our house, if you are delivering them early then you are just making more work for yourself

We get our delivery on Wednesday, process the orders and get the books ready, then in the evening ring round the customers and delivery the orders / books on Thursday/ Friday

I been tried last year as rep of Avon, however, Im out of luck for my area. The first two month I been send out more than 100 books but only get 20 back.
The first week, I send 40 books out then only 5 of them back:eek: with no orders. So I have no choice left them a notice said will back to pick up my books or their orders. Then I got another 10 back with no order at all. So really upsad, told to my area temperary manager (even dont have an area manager until this year April for my area.), she gave me more books. And then send out another 50 books out the following week (include the 15 books I got back from the week before) with the notice asked them to leave the book outside the day when I pick up my orders. Then only got 30 books back (include 2 books from the year before) with £2.00 orders. And the rest weeks been same with no orders. So after 2 months I lost 80 books plus only £2.00 orders which cost me more than £8 for the order (as there are £5 admins fees). Therefore, I gave up. Then I only order the products for myself.
But about 3 month ago, they send me some Ultimate age repair cream as i forgot order for the month and cost me £24 intotal. But I neednt that much creams (plus im still youger enough not to use it), so I asked to refune the products. Then I arranged 2 times for collection, but waiting wholeday with no one appeared. Then the 3rd time I ordered some with the arrange collection, finally, the driver came and picked (But then find out that Id never ordered any return book, and the driver dont have them either, so asked him to sign on my own printed return form.). However, the problems came out now. As Avon not give me the credit back until now (More than 30 days now). Been called the CS few times and asked for the credit back, been promist will, but never been down. Finally some one called me and said will send me a form to prove it about 2 weeks ago, still, didnt recive it as well. And the credit not been tooken as well. £24 not huge amount of money, but fad up with Avon now.

My C10 order has gone in. Slightly up on C9 - only by about £15 but at least my customer orders are heading in the right direction! Spent a lot of time in C10 on sales leader stuff but the good news is that it looks certain I'll get my fast start bonus and qualify as a full sales leader now - so hurrah but I think I deserve it after all the work I've done. :) Signed up 4 new reps in C10 and each of those has been 2 meetings each, plus telephone calls, delivering extra brochures, and helping my first downline get going and sign up her first 3 reps - so another 6 meetings! I really want to get her up to 5 reps in C11, so that's my challenge for C11. Plus keep my customer orders up. Hopefully the Anew beauty bonus will be attractive to lots of people.

I take my books out on the Monday, the order arrives on the Thursday so I colect the book at the same time as delivering the order and it gives me an extra week then that I would have been doing those houses to do some new streets!

    Hello everyone

I need some advice from those of you who have had Avon parties. What gifts do you offer your hostess? ?% of sales or gift or both?

Hello to the new Avon Ladies.

I'm on my second campaign now and enjoying it. My orders totalled about £180 for Camp. 9 and they come to around £250 for Camp. 10 (I got a £65 order from one customer and a £35 from another one today!).

I'm wondering about ordering the bestsellers representative pack in HT 12? Normally I'd be very much ohhhh no at spending £25 on a pack, but I have an order from someone for the £10 eye cream that's in it. So I'd be paying £15 for 7 items, 2 of which are full size recent Anew items.

Any opinions on whether or not it's worth it?

I'm considering buying it as well, it does look like excellent value for money. I generally sell two or three things out of that pack every campaign.

If people didn't buy them at full price, you could always sell them discounted, you'd still be making a lot from it.

  • Hi all,
I am not an Avon rep but looking for some advice. I work full time as a teacher, do you think i would have enough time to become an Avon rep as well or not? Do you have to declare your income?
