Avon - Hints and Tips?

the exact same thing happened to me.
so now i dont have an area. have contacted sales leader who contact area manager about it, and they werent bothered, they just told me to do family and friends as there are no other areas for me.

so now i am just doing it with people at work, friends and family. not making a fortune off it, but always make enough to get 25% commission which covers the make up etc that i would buy out of it xxx

That as also actually happened to me this week.

I went to one of my customers houses to collect her book. And she told me not to bother in future as she as started doing Avon herself. Fair enough. But then I knock on all the other houses of my regulars down the same street, about 20 houses. And they have ALL bought off the new rep.

Apparently because I have most of the teritory in the area, they have had to give her mine. But I have been told not to worry as my regs will still order from me, even though they have all ordered from her this time. My ASM doesnt seem to understand what I'm trying to say to her, that its not fair that I've been doing these streets for months!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

that is bloody appalling.

I am speechless, utterly furious on your behalf.

I am sandwiched in between two reps and always worried about losing my territory. why can't she rep away from her home area? or at least tell you so you don't waste your time.

I cant believe the way that Avon is treating reps, yrs ago u had ur area and that was it, god forbid anyone who even dare test the water with their big toe!!
It seems to be that in areas where reps are plentiful, that Avon do not care who does what area as long as they are making the money, its ok for them saying friends and family etc, there still getting their %.

I think that is more of a reflection of the changes within society in general. This may be seen as a symptom of the problem.

hi guys, i have a couple of questions. i started on c9 but my SL didnt have any books left so my first order was c10 which iv just placed. does the Hello Tomorrow mag come with your order? I dont have one

she left me some little avon sale brochures for campaign 10 so do these go out with your campaign 11 books? also, when i order from these do i change to 10 in the little drop down box on the online order form? hope that makes sense!!

My ASM gave me a few new roads last week so on Tuesday I posted 48 books on one of the new roads. I've been away for a few days so I just went to collect them and it turns out another rep already done that road! Big annoyed to be honest, spent ages getting all the books ready, posting them and then collecting them and all for nothing! And the other rep is likely to be annoyed if one of her customers mentions i've been round.

Going to email my ASM and get her to check her spatial mapping again and give me some streets that are actually free! I'm not doing the other roads she's given me until I know they are definitely vacant.

My orders are a bit low this campaign as well, just over £250, had over £330 for the past three campaigns. It wouldn't be so bad but I have to put some on my OH's account, only putting £30 this time though.

Ooh dear it all a bit doom and gloom on here. Im having my avon party on sunday and im really nervous that i wont get much attendance because its not everyones cup of tea!!
Also im going to be on holiday for one of my avon weeks next camp so im gonna have to work doubly hard!! Aiming for £300 this camp and so far have £190. My highest to date has been £230 so im really going for it!! woo!

i strated C9 with a week left campaigned like mad to found ive been given a presednet members street and lots of holiday homes!!! the area manager was very sorry and gave me a new area and lots of C9 and 10's to get to as many peeps as possible (40 books in total)


my tip ...add an opt out form people who dont want want to give me the books back mine goes like this
