I asked my ASM for more streets and she said to be able to do this i would have to open a new account in someone else's name ie.my partner/mum as you are only allowed a ceratin amount of houses. I currently have a territory of 160 house yet some of you have over 400. Do you guys have several accounts. I wasn't keen on this as it it further hassle...the other person would have to register as self employed..etc.etc
    any one shed some light??
    cheers clazzle

From what i've heard, some ASM's say this because they'd rather have a few reps covering a big area instead of giving one rep a big area but I don't think there is a limit to how many houses you can have really. I had just over 500 houses then I signed my OH up (because i'm a sales leader and wanted to get my 5) and she gave me another 300+ houses.

If you're not getting enough sales from the houses you have got already just keep asking her and tell her that nobody you know wants to sign up because of the hassles of registered as self employed etc. I've also heard it's like getting blood from a stone getting new territory from some ASM's so good luck hun

Well done Louise, that's great :T

I've just been given loads more streets but i've been feeling pretty down the last couple of weeks (i suffer from anxiety/depression) and i'm going to my mums on tuesday for a few days so they are going to have to wait until campaign 11. But by then i'll be feeling much better and i'll hopefully get some orders from them.

I have only one accoun, I had to keep hastling mine, nearly everyday! I have never heard of the certain amount of houses rule. Just mention that you know somebody with only one account who has loads more houses and ask why this issent possible for you.

Does anyone know of anywhere I can buy Avon in Glasgow/Lanarkshire area. Don't have time to order as my daughter is going a trip to north of scotland and needs some Skin so soft. Used to be able to buy at Blochairn car boot but were not there yesterday. Got a feeling there used to be someone at the Forge Market.

    Any help appreciated.

You mentioned before that you are particially sighted and i hope you dont mind me saying but i think you do marvellously well to have best sales in your area in your first camp and all those reps underneath you and have to deal with depression and your sight- makes me think that I should find avon really easy but i dont!!
I would recomend doing avon to anyone because before i started i was pretty bored and feeling quite glum but now im always doing something and met some really really nice people! woooo Avon!!!

This wasnt really a hint or tip, more of a warm fuzzy!!:rotfl:

Aww thanks Louise :) I agree that it's great if you are a bit bored and fed up because it's so addictive, takes your mind off feeling bored!

I don't think my sight comes into it much when it comes to doing Avon though apart from getting to appointments in the evening, when people are most likely to be home to do one. I've lost 3 reps the last week because of this. But i'm looking into getting direct payments so I can pay for somebody to drive me to appointments which will help me loads.

I'm going to my mums on wednesday so i'll be having an avon free few days....I think i'll go mad :rotfl:

  • Due to me working when my Avon is delivered........Ive missed the delivery driver to give my returns to him.

Have been recharged for them but managed to catch driver this time.

Does anyone know if Avon will credit me for these again or do I have to reclaim for them?

(Just reread that back to myself and it sounds confusing lol hope someone understands what I mean)

You should get an automatic re-credit.
