  • Also, has anyone ever had any trouble paying? Last night i tried to make my payment and it declinded twice but then this morning it accepted it. Very odd because I had the money in my account to pay so i wasnt too sure what was going on. Is this a common prob?

Hayley- Do you make more than 4% if your reps become leaders? It sounds like you dont get a lot of money for what i pressume would be rather a lot of work. Also, do you personally have to pay for the 2 lots of free books you give new reps?

You do buy the brochures although you don't get charged until two campaigns later but you get a credit of roughly £5.36 (might have just gone up) to cover the cost of 40 brochures and one appointing pack for each rep that you sign up, if they place their first order on time and above MOV.

Yes you do get more commission if one of your reps becomes a sales leader because you get commission of his/her teams order as well as your own, although it's not as high. Basically the more reps and downliners you have, the more commission you will earn as it goes up depending on which level sales leader you are, I think the max you can get is 12% for your teams sales.

It is a lot of work and at first you don't get that much money, for my first campaign as a sales leader, I recruited 6 reps (one of which went into a later campaign so hasn't placed an order yet) so for my 5 reps that placed an order, I will get about £30. I am also going to get an £80 fast start bonus because I recruited 5 reps in a certain amount of time.

I know a couple though and they got £23k in group sales last campaign so they'll probably get up to 10% commission off that plus commission from their downliners teams so it's definitely worth all the hard work in the long run.

Mikiki - the amount of books given to you depends on the sales leader and also if you are doing territory or just f&f. I have given one of my reps just 10 books for her first campaign and will probably give her the same for the 2nd because it's all she'll need but another rep had 40 books in her first campaign and i've given her 20 for her second and she might need some more yet. Don't feel hard done by hun, if you run out i'm sure your sales leader will give you some more.

I believe that there was a problem overnight with the payment mechanism. It isn't common, no.

!!!!!!- That is very reassuring because at the time I was getting really stressed and having a panic. I was so pleased when it went through this morning but its nice to know the reason! How did you find out there was a fault with the system?:j

    They are camp 10

  • Hi Oveetta, some people are finishing off camp nine and some are currently doing camp 10 but im not sure that it is time to place camp 11 orders. It varies though from place to place. Have you tried calling your ASM? Let us know how it goes.
Btw, if you have already taken some orders from people for camp 11, i bet you could find 90% in the camp 10 book, upi just might have to pay a bit more (but maybe less!).

hello, been keeping a low Avon profile for a while but today gave some books out down my road to find some new customers! was very excited, had on my Avon lippy and perfume and of course didn't meet a single soul!

I will give out campign 10 at work next week and then once they are back give them out at home too.

I have still been reading the thread tho, well impressed with all your ideas and successes!

    xx
